How to Fill RRB 2025 Application Form?

• Visit the official website - Applicants have to first visit the official website of IBPS at www.ibps.in/ and then click on the home page with the link mentioning “CRP for RRBs”
• Registration - Once the link is open, candidates have to click on the post for which they wish to apply for having the appropriate links like “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs-OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)” or “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- RRBs-OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Multipurpose)”
• Complete the Registration Process - After selecting the post for which you wish to apply then proceed further and then click on the link having “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” . Applicants must proceed to complete the detailed registration process. Once the registration process is completed, a provisional login ID, including the provisional registration number, along with the password, is generated and displayed on your screen.
• Proceed to Application Form Section - After your login credentials are generated by the system, you have to proceed to the login section to complete your application process. In order to proceed further, login with your registration number and password.
• Complete the Application Process - After successfully logging in, complete the detailed application form where you have to furnish your personal details, academic qualifications, communication address, work experience, and reservation quota in detail. (Applicants must take note that the work experience is required only for Group A posts)
• Upload Documents - With the completion of the application process, proceed to upload the required documents in the specified format for the authorities
• Preview & Save - Once the form is complete,d recheck and then click on “SAVE AND NEXT” for verification of the entered details. With the verification getting completed, click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” . Your registration form will be submitted.
• Payment of Application Fee - With the completion of the registration form, the final step is to pay the application fee. After paying the application/intimation fee, click on “SUBMIT” tab.
• Take a Printout - It is important for every applicant to take a printout of the submitted application form.

• Left thumb impression
• A handwritten declaration
• SSC / SSLC / 10th Standard or Equivalent Certificate (Page size of the document to be A4)
