ICAR AIEEA 2025 Exam Day Guidelines: Documents Required on Exam Day

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination for Admission (ICAR AIEEA) is a national-level examination that is conducted by the National Testing Agency annually to offer admissions to UG, PG, and PhD courses in the agricultural and allied sciences fields. To prepare well for the exam, you must have a comprehensive knowledge of the ICAR exam pattern and syllabus.

The ICAR AIEEA UG exam via CUET UG exam will be conducted from May 8, 2025, to June 1, 2025. The ICAR AIEEA PG 2025 exam will be conducted by NTA on July 3, 2025. Here is a list of some important ICAR exam centre guidelines that you must check out if you are planning to appear for ICAR AIEEA 2025:

• The students should not be late to report at their respective examination centres mentioned on their admit cards.
• No student will be allowed to enter the examination centre premises after the gate closes.
• No student will be allowed to leave the examination centre before the exam ends.
• Students have to wait for the instructions of their invigilators after the exam concludes.
• Students will be allowed to leave the examination hall one by one.
• The students are advised to try and visit their examination centres one day before the exam.
• Students who want to wear special attire due to their religious beliefs and customs should try and reach their examination venue a little early for thorough checking.
• Along with the important documents, the students will be allowed to take only a transparent ball pen, an extra passport-sized photograph, a personal hand sanitizer (50 ml) and a personal transparent water bottle.
• No electronic devices will be allowed inside the examination hall.
• Thick-soled footwear and large buttoned garments will not be allowed inside the examination hall.

What is the Dress Code for ICAR Exam?

The ICAR AIEEA dress code for the PG Exam is generally as follows:

For Male Candidates

• Wear light-coloured, plain shirts or T-shirts (preferably half-sleeved) and simple trousers or pants.
• Avoid wearing any jewelry, watches, belts with large metal buckles, or sunglasses.
• Wear slippers or sandals (preferably without shoes).

For Female Candidates

• Wear light-colored, plain salwar suits, sarees, or T-shirts with simple trousers.
• Avoid wearing jewellery, watches, or any other metallic items.
• Footwear should be simple slippers or sandals. Avoid wearing shoes.

General Guidelines for all Candidates

• No Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, etc., are strictly prohibited.
• Avoid Heavy Metal Accessories: Belts with big metal buckles, bracelets, earrings, etc., should be avoided.
• Dress Modestly: Wear simple and comfortable clothing that adheres to the guidelines.
