Karnataka MPT Entrance Exam 2020:- KEA Karnataka has released the official notification for MPT Entrance Exam 2020 (PGET) for admission in Master of Physiotherapy or MPT course in various government and private colleges across the state. The online application form for the entrance exam closes on November 01, 2020. Karnataka MPT Exam Eligibility Criteria 2020
Aspirants who wish to compete in PGET 2020 for MPT admission must meet the following eligibility criteria:-

Eligibility for Government of Karnataka In-Service Candidates:-
In addition to the above, in-service candidates are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria mentioned below for MPT admission.
It is mandatory for in-service candidates to appear for the entrance exam.
An In-Service candidate who already holds a postgraduate degree is not eligible for the entrance exam
An In-service candidate who is already studying for any postgraduate course is not eligible for admission.
Eligibility for the appearance of in-service candidates in the PGET shall be subject to the provisions of the KCSR and relevant Government Rules/Notifications governing state services.
Eligible In-Service Candidates who are willing to apply for MPT should submit their application to DME and DME with all the necessary information, in turn, the list of eligible candidates should be received.
Karnataka MPT Exam Application Form 2020
The step to fill Karnataka MPT PGET application form are mentioned below:-
Visit the following website - https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/mscmptnursing_20/
Click on New User and register yourself by providing some basic information such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Address, Mobile No., Email Id etc.
After successful registration, you will receive an Application number and User-ID to your registered mobile phone number and email-id.
Login again by using the received User Id and Password
Fill the application form, The entire online application process is divided into two phases.
In the first phase, the candidates will have to fill in the basic information and accept the declaration in the second phase.
There is a provision before the second phase of the online application, where candidates can edit/ delete/ add/ modify the details any number of times.
Once the declaration is made there is no provision to modify / edit/ delete / add any details to the entries already submitted by the candidates.
Upon completion of the entire procedure, candidates are advised to take a printout of the online application form for a further procedure such as document verification / online seat allotment.
Documents Required for Karnataka MPT Entrance Exam 2020
The list of certificates to be produced at the time of the Document Verification are given below:-

Date of Birth Certificate/Cumulative Record/any other certificate
BPT Mark sheet of all Years/ Phases
Degree Certificate issued by the University
Certificate of Attempt issued by the principal of the college
Compulsory Rotatory Internship/Industrial Training Certificate
Domicile Certificate issued by the Tahashildar of Karnataka or Study Certificate from Class 1st to 10th.
Valid Income & Category Certificate obtained from the concerned Tahashildar of Karnataka, if the reservation is claimed.

Karnataka MPT Entrance Exam Syllabus 2020
Candidates appearing for the MPT entrance exam in Karnataka must note that the syllabus for the test will be based on the syllabus of the UG course (BPT). Therefore, it is advisable to go through the syllabus of the UG course and prepare for the exam accordingly.
Karnataka MPT Entrance Exam Merit List 2020
Based on the marks scored in the entrance exam, KEA will prepare a merit list. For the General and OBC category, the candidates must have a minimum of 50% of marks in the entrance exam to be eligible for inclusion in the merit list. For the reserved category, the minimum qualifying mark required in the entrance test is 40%. All the candidates who have been included in the merit list shall be eligible for the KEA MPT Counselling Process.
