The NEET 2025 Question Paper PDF download link is available here for different paper codes. Following the past trends, the NEET question paper 2025 was released in 4 different paper codes- Code 45, Code 46, Code 47 and Code 48. Each set of NEET question paper 2025 PDF comprised non-identical questions. The NEET 2025 exam paper was divided into 180 questions, with 45 questions from each Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. The maximum marks one can obtain in the exam is 720.

The overall exam paper was Moderate to Difficult, with the NEET Physics Question Paper being the toughest of all. The exam covered the majority of the NCERT syllabus. How Was the NEET 2025 Paper?
The NEET 2025 Paper was moderate to difficult, with a balanced number of tricky and straightforward questions. Students have reportedly mentioned that the exam paper had a good number of numerical questions and termed the Physics section as the most difficult one. Chemistry and Biology were moderately difficult. Out of the three, Biology was the easiest. Some students stated that the NEET UG 2025 Question Paper was lengthier than expected.
The NCERT textbooks remained the foundation for the NEET 2025 Question Paper, with almost an equal number of questions from Class 11th and Class 12th. The detailed NEET 2025 Question Paper is now available for different paper sets. The physics question paper of NEET 2025 was tougher than usual.
This year, the overall duration to solve the paper was reduced from 3 hours and 20 minutes to 3 hours only. The total number of questions asked in the NEET Question Paper 2025 was 180, as the NTA removed Section B with optional questions from the test paper. Previously, in 2024, a total of 200 questions were asked in the NEET exam with optional questions. All 180 questions asked in the test this year were mandatory for all to answer.
