163-129 is the qualifying marks for OBC candidates interested in BUMS. You have very less chances of getting a private college through this NEET score. 

You can still try for last merit list for admission to BUMS colleges in India

Dear student, 

Yes, you can exit the Karnataka NEET counselling after the second round. However, students who are allotted a seat in the second or subsequent rounds will have their security deposit forfeited if they exit.

If you have been allotted a seat in the First or Second Round & wish to surrender or cancel the seat before the last date notified for entry of options for the Second Extended Round / Casual Vacancy Round, then, Rs.5,000/- will be deducted as a processing fee and the remaining fee will be refunded.
