TS ICET 2023 Exam Day Instructions: TS ICET 2023 will be conducted on May 26 and 27, 2023 as per the schedule decided by Kakatiya University on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). The timings for the TS ICET exam 2023 will be announced soon.
Candidates must get a good score in TS ICET to do well in Telangana MBA and MCA admissions. Proper preparation for the TS ICET exam day will certainly make the experience easy and rewarding. However, with a lot on your mind, it can become difficult to keep track of everything. Hence, here are the exam day instructions for TS ICET 2023 to help you stay on track!
Items to Carry to TS ICET 2023 Exam Centre
Candidates will only be allowed to carry certain permissible items inside the TS ICET 2023 exam centre. These include their documents and certain other items listed below.
A printout of the TS ICET 2023 Hall Ticket
Self-declaration form
A valid ID Proof (Driving License/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar/ Passport etc.)
Transparent water bottle
50 ml hand sanitiser in a transparent bottle
Face mask
Disposable gloves
TS ICET 2023 Exam Day Instructions: Do's
Given below are the guidelines that you must follow on the day of the exam.
Keep all required documents ready a day before the TS ICET exam day.
Take a good night's sleep before the exam day to wake up refreshed and active for the task.
Wake up early and have a good breakfast. Keep your mind calm and clear.
Make sure you reach before the reporting time mentioned on your TS ICET 2023 Hall Ticket. This will help you avoid the last-minute rush at the TS ICET exam center.
If you are not aware of the location of your exam center, verify it using Maps or visit the center a day before.
Cooperate with the security personnel and invigilators at the exam center.
Sit only on your allotted seat inside the TS ICET examination hall.
Follow the instructions given out by the invigilators. Before starting the exam, make sure you check the instructions appearing on the screen.
You will have access to the complete question paper at the start of the exam itself. Keep an eye on the time you are spending on each question. Have a rough idea of how much time you are going to spend on each section.
If a question is taking up too much time, mark it for review and proceed to the next.

TS ICET 2023 Exam Day Instructions: Dont's
Here are the things you should avoid when appearing for the TS ICET exam.
Do not carry any spare pieces of paper inside the exam center other than what's required. The rough sheet will be provided inside the examination hall.
Do not carry any electronic items or accessories such as mobile phones, pen drives, earphones, watches, etc. to the exam center. The center may not be able to ensure the safety of these items.
Do not sign the admit card before being told by the invigilator to do so.
Do not carry any snacks or beverages except a bottle of water to the exam center.
Do not move from your seat during or after completing the test. The invigilator will provide instructions regarding the same.
TS ICET 2023 Exam Day Instructions Regarding CBT
Candidates will be given 150 minutes to answer 200 questions in the exam. Each question carries 1 mark.
On selecting the right answer, 1 mark will be awarded to the candidate. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
The candidate does not have to answer all of the questions given in the test.
The candidate is free to move between sections by clicking on the respective section tabs available on the exam dashboard.
Navigating to a Question in TS ICET 2023
Follow the instructions given below to navigate to a question in TS ICET 2023.
A question palette containing the question numbers will be available on your screen.
Click on the question number you want to go to and that question will be displayed on the screen.
You can also use the Save & Next button to navigate to the next question in the exam.

How to Answer a Question in TS ICET 2023
Here are the options that will be available for answering questions in TS ICET 2023 and how to use them.

Mark answer | Click on the answer option; the bubble next to it will fill up indicating that the answer is marked |
Unmark answer | Click on the marked option again or use the Clear Response button |
Change answer | Click on any other option than the previously marked |
Save answer | Click on the 'Save & Next' button. |
Mark question for review | Click on the 'Mark for Review & Next' button. |
How to Use Question Palette in TS ICET 2023
The question palette will display various colors and shapes, depending on the status of each question. This will provide you with an overview of your exam. Only questions from a single section will be displayed at a time in the question palette. Here are the different colors and symbols used in the question palette and what they signify.

How to Fill Self Declaration Form for TS ICET 2023
You will be required to fill and submit a self-declaration form stating that you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms prior to appearing for the exam. The self-declaration form will be attached with the TS ICET 2023 Hall Ticket. In the form, you will have to declare that they have or do not have any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Dry cough
- Chest pain or pressure
- Sore throat
- Breathing problem
- Loss of taste or smell
Finally, you will be required to ensure your Name, Hall Ticket Number, Date of Exam, Test Centre, and Signature and submit the form at the center.
