CMAT 2023: Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation (QT & DI)

There were 20 questions in the section. Overall, the level of difficulty was easy to moderate. Math-related questions made up a sizable portion of this section. Additionally, the DI questions were a little time-consuming and tedious. The probability questions also had a few challenging parts. The section on innovation and entrepreneurship was by far the simplest in the CMAT 2023 paper. Business GK questions covering trademarks, logos, and the definitions of common business terminology dominated the section. What is the exam pattern for CMAT?

Is CMAT tougher than MAT?

Both the MAT and the CMAT are speed-based exams with the same syllabus. CMAT, on the other hand, has an additional section and is more challenging than MAT. However, MAT has an advantage over CMAT in that it allows for multiple exam attempts during a single academic session, in contrast to CMAT, which is only offered once a year.

Which section of CMAT has the highest weightage?

No single section on the CMAT question paper has the highest weightage in the exam. The CMAT exam has multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each worth four marks, and each section is equally weighted. Negative marking is present in all sections and one point is deducted for each incorrect attempt. Each section is worth 100 marks in total, and the CMAT exam as a whole is worth 400 marks.

What is the marking scheme followed for CMAT?

The part-time MBA programme at Narmada College of Management is a course with three years duration. Admission for the part-time MBA programme is granted based on 50% marks in graduation and a minimum of two years of working experience is required. Yes, MBA students are eligible to get scholarships at JECRC University. As per the eligibility criteria for JECRC University scholarships, students must note that they must have a valid CAT score to get these MBA scholarships.
