Exam Day Instructions for ICAR AIEEA Candidates

ICAR AIEEA UG, PG and PhD official brochure has been released for the academic year 2024-25. The exam dates for ICAR AIEEA UG 2024 has been announced which is from May 15 - 31, 2024. However, PG and PhD exam dates are June 29, 2024ICAR AIEEA 2024 exam for UG, PG and PhD are one of the most important exams for the candidates aspiring to study in top Agriculturals colleges of India. The candidates appearing for ICAR AIEEA 2024 have to follow all the instructions and advisories slated down by the NTA on the day of the UG, PG and PhD exams. Those who will successfully fill the application form of ICAR AIEEA 2024 can download their ICAR AIEEA admit card 2024 once released. Candidates must go through the instructions and advisories thoroughly before the exam day of ICAR AIEEA 2024.

Important Instructions Regarding ICAR AIEEA 2024 for Candidates

Here are all the important exam day instructions for the candidates regarding the ICAR AIEEA exam in simplified format - 

  • The candidates should not be late to report at their respective examination centres mentioned on their admit cards

  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre premises after the gate closes

  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination centre before the exam ends

  • Candidates have to wait for the instruction of their invigilators after the exam concludes 

  • Candidates will be allowed to leave the examination hall one by one

  • The candidates are advised to try and visit their examination centres one day before the exam

  • Candidates who want to wear special attires due to their religious beliefs and customs should try and reach their examination venue a little early for thorough checking

  • Along with the important documents, the candidates will be allowed to take only a transparent ball pen, an extra passport-sized photograph, a personal hand sanitizer (50 ml) and a personal transparent water bottle

  • No electronic devices will be allowed inside the examination hall

  • Thick sole footwears and large buttoned garments will not be allowed inside the examination hall

Preparatory Measures at Centres

  • The required hygiene standards and safety precautions will be taken care of

  • The entire exam hall and everything inside it will be sanitised at the beginning and conclusion of each shift

  • Standard distance between two seats will be maintained

  • Hand sanitizers will be available at every nook and corner inside the examination centres

  • Bar code scanners to scan the admit card will be available at the entry point. After scanning, the lab number will be relayed to the candidates

  • Rough sheets will be put by the gloves-wearing invigilators in each desk before the exam begins

  • Physical distancing rules will be strictly adhered to

  • Candidates should reach their respective exam centres as per the time mentioned on their admit cards to avoid crowding

During Entry

  • Candidates must strictly follow the floor marks, ropes/queue manager to maintain a 6-feet distance from the other candidates

  • To avoid crowding, the lab numbers will not be displayed outside the exam centres

  • Candidates must wash their hands with soaps or sanitize them before entering the centres

  • The admit card should be properly filled as per the guidelines

During Examination

  • Candidates will be pre-provided with 5 A4 size sheets at the beginning of the exam for rough work

  • Invigilators will provide the candidates with extra rough sheets should they require any

  • Sanitizers will be available inside the exam halls as well

  • Candidates must sanitize their hands before pasting their photograph and signing on the attendance sheet

Post Examination

  • After the shift of the exam concludes, candidates will be allowed to move out of the exam hall one by one

  • Candidates have to drop their rough sheets and admit card to a dropbox only after showing it to the staff available next to it
