The course is designed to help students understand the use and design of farming equipment to perform agricultural processes more efficiently. B.Tech in agriculture is similar to all other B.Tech courses in India and it can be completed in a duration of four years. A student who has studied Science in Class 12th can apply for B.Tech in agriculture course offered at various top colleges for B.Tech Agriculture in India

  • The candidate must have scored 50%- 60% in Class 12th. The percentage consideration may vary from institute to institute.

  • The student must hold a valid entrance test scorecard that is acceptable by the Institute

However, it is not the eligibility criteria that matters while taking the course. Candidates must also have an interest in farming technologies and machinery to study B.Tech Agriculture Engineering. Dear vaishnav, the Shri Shivaji Agriculture College, Amravati does not offer spot admission. The college offers admission to the B.Sc (Agriculture) course through the MHT CET entrance exam. The application form for the MHT CET can be downloaded from the MSCE website. The application fee is Rs 500 for general category candidates and Rs 250 for reserved category candidates. You can pply for registration next year since the 2023 admissions have closed.
