Eligibility Criteria for Andhra Pradesh B.Pharm Admission 2020

Basic Eligibility: Candidate should be of Indian Nationality/ PIO/ OCI Card Holders and must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Also, a candidate should qualify either Local/ Non- Local status requirements. Candidates who migrated from Telangana to AP in 2014 must produce a local status certificate.

Educational Requirement: To be eligible for B.Pharm admission in AP candidate must have passed Intermediate or are in the final year of intermediate (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics/ Biology as mandatory subjects. MPC and Bi.PC candidates are eligible for B.Pharm admissions.
Candidate should have passed or are in the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the AP/ Telangana State Board of Education and Training or any other equivalent State Board of Technical Education.
Age Requirement: To secure B.Pharmadmission in Andhra Pradesh, the candidates must have completed 16 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission. However, there is no upper age limit for B.Pharm admissions in AP.
Andhra Pradesh B.Pharm Admission Procedure 2020

|Qualifying Marks for AP B.Pharm Admission 2020||The qualifying marks for AP B.Pharm admission for General Category candidates is 25% in the entrance test. Whereas for SC/ST candidates there is no qualifying marks as such. To be eligible for AP B.Pharm admissions these candidates must secure a non zero score in the AP EAMCET entrance test.|
|AP B.Pharm Ranking Procedure||For the Andhra Pradesh B.Pharm, ranking procedure candidate must have a valid rank in AP EAMCET. The ranking will be done on the basis of normalised marks. In the normalised process, 75% weightage is given to entrance test (EAMCET score) and the remaining 25% is given to marks in 2nd year intermediate. This rank is considered valid for admission to the B.Pharm course in AP.|
|Preparation of AP B.Pharm Merit List||The preparation of the AP B.Pharm merit list will include the name of all the candidates who have qualified the AP EAMCET. While preparing the AP B.Pharm merit list 2020 both the normalised score and rank will be taken into account.|

The AP B.Pharm counselling process is centralised and has three main steps. The counselling process usually starts in the first week of June. Details pertaining to the counselling process are as follows:
|Payment of Counselling (CAP) Processing Fee|
The first step in the AP B.Pharm counselling process is the payment of CAP- Counselling Processing Fee. The CAP fee for OC/BC candidates is Rs.1200 and for SC/ST candidates it is Rs.600. The fees can be paid in the following ways:
|Document Verification Process|
The usual document verification process for AP B.Pharm admission is that the admission authority will verify the data of the candidates through the data obtained from various government departments. These candidates will receive the Registration ID and Login ID for option entry. However, the candidate who does not receive the Registration and Login ID will have to go to Helpline Centre for document verification. The document verification process at the Helpline Centre is as follows:
Once the candidate has paid the counselling fees and certificate verification, the candidate will receive Registration ID via SMS. The next is to register for the same. After the successful registration one can exercise the options for the counselling. Exercising options is the end of AP B.Pharm counselling and the next is the selection process.
Andhra Pradesh B.Pharm Selection Process 2020
The selection of the candidate to B.Pharm course in AP is done on the basis of rank and normalised score secured by the candidate in the AP EAMCET. However, the reservation policies will be applicable for the reserved category candidates for AP B.Pharm Admissions 2020 and will be applicable in the selection process. The selection is on the basis of merit as mentioned in the admission process.
Andhra Pradesh B.Pharm Seat Allotment Process 2020
Seat Allotment Process is a crucial process when it comes to admission. Therefore, it is advised that the students carefully go through the same to understand the entire process.B.Pharm seat allotment in Andhra Pradesh is given below:
- The allotment of seats to the eligible candidates for B.Pharm admissions will be based on the options mentioned by the candidates in the entry form.

The B.Pharma admission reservation policy of AP is as per the reservation policies of the state government. Candidates who are belonging to reserved candidates will have a specific number of seats reserved for them under the admission reservation policy.
