A Rooms Division Manager is a person who manages the operations related to the Rooms Divison or Department of a hotel. His main duties include ensuring that the guests have a comfortable experience in the hotel, overseeing the activities of housekeeping and the front desk.
A Lobby Manager is a person who is responsible for providing an amazing and exceptional customer experience. Some of his major duties include greeting the special guests of the hotel, assigning duties to the housekeeping staff and managing the team of lobby greeters.
A Front Office Manager is responsible for making supervisory decisions regarding the reception or front desk of a hotel. He also ensures that the housekeeping staff is following the standards set by the hotel.
