Hotel Manager

He manages the daily operations of the hotel. His main duties include planning and organising accommodation, managing the hotel staff, supervising maintenance, dealing with customer complaints and comments, setting and achieving sales target, meeting and greeting customers and carrying out the inspection of services offered by the hotel.

Revenue Manager

A Revenue Manager is a person who takes care of all the activities related to forecasting the revenue and developing pricing strategies for hotels and organizations. Some of his major duties include negotiating advertising contracts, planning promotional campaigns and developing pricing strategies for services.

Executive Housekeeper

An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing all housekeeping operations. His main duties include maintaining safety by conducting regular inspections, designing and improving housekeeping policies as per the current standards, maintaining the record of all the expenses of the hotel.

Resident Manager

A Resident Manager supervises the daily activities of the hotel including customer service, front desk operations and reservations. He also coordinates with the property managers for the smooth functioning of the hotel and manages and verifies the paperwork of all residents. 

Rooms Division Manager

A Rooms Division Manager is a person who manages the operations related to the Rooms Divison or Department of a hotel. His main duties include ensuring that the guests have a comfortable experience in the hotel, overseeing the activities of housekeeping and the front desk.

Lobby Manager

A Lobby Manager is a person who is responsible for providing an amazing and exceptional customer experience. Some of his major duties include greeting the special guests of the hotel, assigning duties to the housekeeping staff and managing the team of lobby greeters.

Front Office Manager

A Front Office Manager is responsible for making supervisory decisions regarding the reception or front desk of a hotel. He also ensures that the housekeeping staff is following the standards set by the hotel. A good Front Office Manager maintains a good customer relationship and ensures theta re having a good experience at the hotel.
