The AIMA UGAT 2024 Application Form was released on January 4, 2024. The last date to fill out the application form for the AIMA UGAT 2024 exam has been extended to June 9, 2024, from its initial date of April 30, 2024. The AIMA UGAT exam date is slated to be held on June 16, 2024. Photograph and Signature Upload Instructions in AIMA UGAT 2024 Application Form

Candidates must go through the following instructions carefully when uploading their photographs and signatures in the AIMA UGAT 2024 Application Form.

Photograph

  • The photograph must be a recent passport size coloured photo of the candidate.
  • The photo must be taken against a white (or light coloured) background.

  • The eyes and both ears of the candidate must be visible in the picture.

  • Candidates wearing spectacles must ensure that there are no reflections and their eyes are clearly visible.

  • Candidates must not wear any hats, caps and dark glasses while taking the photo.

  • Religious headwear is allowed as long as it does not cover the candidate's face.

Signature

  • Candidates must put their signature in black ink on white paper and scan it for uploading.
  • Only scan the signed area only and not the entire paper.

  • The signature uploaded by the candidate will appear on their admit card.

  • The uploaded signature must match the candidate's signature on the answer sheet during the written test and interview.

  • If the signature does not match, the candidate may be disqualified.

Candidates who are applying through the OMR Application Form must sign directly on the application form and stick their recent coloured passport size photograph on the form.NOTE:

Demand Draft Instructions for AIMA UGAT 2024 Application Form

Candidates who wish to pay the application fee through the online mode can do so through a Demand Draft. Given below are the particulars of the Demand Draft that the candidate must note.

How To Apply for UGAT 2024

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:

  1. Register online at website link with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking payment of  750/-. (OR)

  2. Register online at website link along with a Demand Draft of 750/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.

The process for filling UGAT 2024 online Application Form has been provided below:

  • Visit the website of UGAT 2024

  • Click on the new candidates registration link and fill the registration form with required details.

  • The UGAT 2024 registration form consists of details like Name, Date of Birth, Email Id, Phone Number etc.

  • Complete the registration form and login into the application form with required login details.

  • Fill out the UGAT 2024 Application Form with required details like Personal Details, Educational qualification, Communicational Details, examination centre, Program Applying for etc..

  • Upload required documents like Photograph, Signature, and Category certificate.

  • If candidates belong to the special category or reserve category such candidates must upload their category certificate.

  • Now select your payment mode and payment gateway and fill in the details accordingly and proceed to the transaction.

  • After the transaction is completed, take the printout of the fee receipt for future reference.

UGAT 2024 Application Form

  • Candidates can apply for the UGAT entrance exam through two ways: online and offline mode. 

  • In case of online mode, the official authorities will release the UGAT 2024 Application Form in online mode on the official website of the university and the applicants will have to visit the official website of the university to fill the UGAT 2024 Application Form. 

  • In case of offline mode, the applicants can get the UGAT 2024 Application Form directly from the AIMA, New Delhi.

  • The applicant must keep in mind that there will not be any correction made to the UGAT 2024 Application Form once it has been submitted.

AIMA UGAT 2024 Registration Options

AIMA provides registered candidates for UGAT 2024 with convenient options for managing their applications:

  • Update Details: Candidates can edit their UGAT 2024 application form to rectify any inaccuracies. However, certain fields such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number cannot be edited. To update details, candidates must log in to their account and make the necessary corrections.
  • Update Exam Mode & Test City Choices: Candidates have the flexibility to modify their exam mode and select test city choices from the available options.
  • Register for Another Exam: Candidates who initially registered for either Paper-based Test (PT) or Computer-based Test (CBT) have the option to register for another active exam, subject to availability.
  • Additional MI Choices: Candidates wishing to select additional Management Institutes (MIs) can do so by paying an additional fee of Rs. 118 per MI choice.

These options empower candidates to manage their UGAT 2024 applications effectively, ensuring accuracy and flexibility in their exam preferences and choices.

UGAT 2024 Application Status

  • After the submission of the UGAT 2024 Application form, AIMA will release the status of the candidate on the official website, that is,  http://www.aima.in. 

  • All India Management Association will release the status for the candidate within 5 working days

  • Application status will be shown for the candidate only if the candidate has submitted the UGAT 2024 Application Form as per the prescribed steps and on time.
