Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their photograph and a scanned image of their signature in the online application form of AIMA UGAT 2023. Photograph and Signature Upload Instructions in AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form

Candidates must go through the following instructions carefully when uploading their photographs and signature in the AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form.

Photograph

• The photograph must be a recent passport size coloured photo of the candidate.

• The photo must be taken against a white (or light coloured) background.

• The eyes and both ears of the candidate must be visible in the picture.

• Candidates wearing spectacles must ensure that there are no reflections and their eyes are clearly visible.

• Candidates must not wear any hats, caps and dark glasses while taking the photo.

• Religious headwear is allowed as long as it does not cover the candidate's face.

Signature

• Candidates must put their signature in black ink on white paper and scan it for uploading.

• Only scan the signed area only and not the entire paper.

• The signature uploaded by the candidate will appear on their admit card.

• The uploaded signature must match the candidate's signature on the answer sheet during the written test and interview.

• If the signature does not match, the candidate may be disqualified.

Demand Draft Instructions for AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form

Candidates who wish to pay the application fee through the online mode can do so through a Demand Draft. Given below are the particulars of the Demand Draft that the candidate must note.

Candidates must get the demand draft generated from a bank and then send it along with the printout of their application form to AIMA, Lajpat Nagar.

How To Apply for UGAT 2023

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:

1. Register online at website link with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking payment of  750/-. (OR)

2. Register online at website link along with a Demand Draft of 750/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.

The process for filling UGAT 2023 online Application Form has been provided below:

• Visit the website of UGAT 2023

• Click on the new candidates registration link and fill the registration form with required details.

• The UGAT 2023 registration form consists of details like Name, Date of Birth, Email Id, Phone Number etc.

• Complete the registration form and login into the application form with required login details.

• Fill out the UGAT 2023 Application Form with required details like Personal Details, Educational qualification, Communicational Details, examination centre, Program Applying for etc..

• Upload required documents like Photograph, Signature and Category certificate.

• If candidates belong to the special category or reserve category such candidates must upload their category certificate.

• Now select your payment mode and payment gateway and fill the details accordingly and proceed to the transaction.

• After the transaction is completed, take the printout of the fee receipt for future references.

UGAT 2023 Application Form

• Candidates can apply for the UGAT entrance exam through two ways: online and the offline mode. 

• In case of online mode, the official authorities will release the UGAT 2023 Application Form in online mode on the official website of the university and the applicants will have to visit the official website of the university in order to fill the UGAT 2023 Application Form. 

• In case of offline mode, the applicants can get the UGAT 2023 Application Form directly from the AIMA, New Delhi.

• The applicant must keep in mind that there will not be any correction made in the UGAT 2023 Application Form once it has been submitted.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Registration Options

These additional options provided by AIMA to the registered candidates for UGAT 2023 are:

• Update details: Candidates have the privilege to edit the UGAT 2023 application form, if they find that they have entered any wrong information in the form. However, candidates are not allowed to edit details like their name, date of birth, email id, and mobile number. To update the details, you need to log in to your account and then edit the incorrect details.

• Update Exam Mode & Test City Choices: Candidates are also allowed to edit exam mode and test city choice from the given options.

• Register for another Exam: Only those candidates who have either registered for PT or CBT in the first go can register for another active exam as per the availability.

• Additional MI Choices: In case if a candidate wants to select an additional MI, he/she needs to pay an additional fee of Rs. 118 per MI choice.

UGAT 2023 Application Status

• After the submission of the UGAT 2023 Application form, AIMA will release the status of the candidate on the official website, that is,  http://www.aima.in. 

• All India Management Association will release the status for the candidate within 5 working days

• Application status will be shown for the candidate only if the candidates have submitted the UGAT 2023 Application Form as per prescribed steps and on time.
