The list of important documents for the NEET PG exam 2025 is as follows:

  • Printed Copy of Barcoded/QR Coded NEET PG Admit Card

  • Photocopy of Permanent / Provisional SMC/MCI/NMC Registration

  • Original hard copy of valid Govt-issued Photo IDs (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card)

  • PwD certificate issued by the competent authority, if claiming scribe/ extra-time as per provisions of the RPwD Act, 2016.

Guidelines for Affixing Photographs on NEET PG Admit Card 2025

The student must know the guidelines for affixing photographs on the NEET PG admit card 2025. The Photograph for the NEET PG application should be:

  • Passport-size and not older than 3 months.

  • Devoid of any border, and the facial features should be visible.

  • Recently clicked, having the name of the student and the date of capturing the photograph should be imprinted at the bottom of the photo.

Dos and Don’ts for NEET PG 2025 Admit Card Photo

Some dos and don'ts for NEET PG admit card 2025 photos are as follows:
  • The photograph should be taken looking straight into the camera with a neutral expression.

  • The student must ensure that the photograph does not have any reflection/shadow or red eyes.

  • There should not be any scratches or stains on the photograph.

  • The file size for both photographs as well as specimen signature should not exceed 80 kb.

  • You can check the image size by right-clicking and selecting the Properties tab.

  • The signatures containing only initials or in capital letters or ones that are overwritten are not acceptable.

  • The specimen signature should be of the student appearing for the exam only and not of any other person.

What Not to Carry on NEET PG 2025 Exam Day?

Several items are not allowed to be carried by students to the NEET PG exam center 2025. The prohibited items are as follows:

  • Any stationery item like Textual Material (printed or written), Notes, Plastic, Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, etc.

  • Any electronic device like a Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, a Microphone, a Pager, a Wrist Watch/ Smart Watches/ Health Band, a Calculator, an Electronic Pen/ Scanner etc.

  • All ornaments like bracelets, Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Necklace with pendants, Badge, Brooch etc.

  • Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc.

  • Any opened or packed edible item, Soft Drinks, Water Bottle etc.

  • Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/ bluetooth devices, spy camera etc.

You are eligible to apply for BSc MLT at Dr NTRUHS, Vijayawada, since you completed Intermediate (Vocational) in MLT with 911 marks. As per NTRUHS guidelines, candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational (MLT) with a bridge course are eligible for BSc Paramedical courses, provided they have completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the admission year.
