The AP LAWCET counselling process is conducted in two rounds every year. All candidates who appear for the AP LAWCET exam and aspire to take admission in a law college of Andhra Pradesh have to appear for the counselling process mandatorily. The Round 1 counselling of AP LAWCET 2021 is underway and the schedule for Round 2 will also be announced shortly.

Dos after AP LAWCET 2021 Seat Allotment

Go through the points listed below to know what to do after AP LAWCET 2021 seat allotment.

  • The candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete the admission formalities within the deadline.
  • If they are satisfied with the seat they have been given, they must accept it and secure admission.
  • They have to report to the allotted college as per the date and time mentioned in their AP LAWCET 2021 seat allotment letter.
  • Candidates have to produce all original documents and get them verified.
  • The admission fee of the first year is also to be paid while reporting at the college.
  • If the candidates get a college of their first preference, it is always better to accept and take admission.
  • In case they get a seat in Round 1 but want to check if they can get better options in Round 2, they must check last year’s cutoff scores for that college.

Here are all the things that candidates are not supposed to do after the AP LAWCET 2021 seat allotment.

  • The applicants must not wait until the last moment to complete all admission related protocols.
  • They must ensure that there is no discrepancy in their documents during the verification process.
  • All candidates must not forget to carry the necessary documents when going to report at the allotted college.
  • If the AP LAWCET 2021 score of the candidate is low, it is advised to accept the seat in Round 1 instead of awaiting a better option in Round 2.
  • Candidates should not pay the admission fee through a medium that is not accepted by the college authorities.
