AP LAWCET 2024 seat allotment letter will be released by APSCHE Hyderabad which is a mandatory document that the candidates need to have with them when they visit the college / institute where they have been allocated a seat. After the AP LAWCET 2024 seat allotment result is released, the seat allotment letter will be made available to the candidates through the official website of the exam.

The seat allotment letter of AP LAWCET 2024 will also include the amount to be deposited by the candidates to confirm their admission.

Steps to Download AP LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment Letter

The candidates must follow the steps given below to check and download the AP LAWCET 2024 seat allotment letter:

Step 1: Visit the official website (counselling portal) of AP LAWCET or click on the direct link of AP LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment Result.

Step 2: Click on the link that reads - AP LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment.

Step 3: A login window will then appear.

Step 4: Fill in the username and password and click on the “Submit” tab.

Launch of Merit List

During the announcement of the results, the AP LAWCET merit list for both LLB and Integrated Law courses will be made publicly available. The merit list informs candidates of their All India rank and their category rank, which will determine whether or not the candidate receives a seat via AP LAWCET seat assignment.

AP LAWCET Invite List

The names and admit card numbers of individuals who are picked for counselling and seat allotment will be published in the AP LAWCET invite list.

AP LAWCET Counselling Process 

• The notification of the AP LAWCET 2024 counselling will be published in newspapers, along with the location and details of the counselling centres.

• Candidates must note that the AP LAWCET 2024 counselling fee is non-refundable and must be paid by debit/credit card or net banking.
• After the documents are verified at the APSCHE-assigned support centres and the counselling fee is paid, a login ID will be generated and provided to the candidate’s registered mobile number.
• After choosing a course and college, candidates must carefully consider their web options or possibilities.
• A password has to be generated using the registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth. 
• To access the official website, participants must submit their Login Id and Password. After a successful login, an OTP will be created.
• Candidates need to use the OTP and choose their preferred course and college. Any number of alternatives can be chosen, but a printout of the options chosen should be kept for future reference.
• Candidates will get time to think and alter their course or college if they aren’t happy with their decision. 
• The final AP LAWCET 2024 seat allotment list will be published on the APSCHE website.
• Candidates must download the list and attend the counselling round.
• Physically reporting at the institution is compulsory to secure the seat.

Release of AP LAWCET Seat Allotment 

The AP LAWCET seat allocation will take place in several sessions. The AP LAWCET preliminary seat allotment will be publicly released following each round. A separate seat allocation will be made available for each participating college.

The seat allotment list will have the aspirants' names, ranks, reservation categories, and admit card numbers.

AP LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment Guidelines

Here are the essential guidelines for AP LAWCET 2024 seat allotment guidelines - 

• AP LAWCET 2024 Seats will be assigned based on the student's rank, category, and preferences as indicated during counselling.
• They will receive an SMS on their verified mobile number with information about their assigned subject and college.
• Participants must report to their respective colleges within the time window mentioned to confirm their seats.
• If students fail to report to their assigned college, their seats will be given to the next candidate.
• Candidates should avoid logging in with several IDs from the same computer simultaneously. Once the options have been entered, they should log out from the portal.
• An applicant who migrates to any part of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana within five years of June 2, 2014, shall be treated as a local candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh at the place of his residence and accordingly allotted a seat.
• This shall be done following the regulations issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the purpose of learning and education.
• The candidate who plans to apply for admission to Educational Institutions / Employment as specified above must apply through the Form-I online (from the official website) to the Tahsildar concerned via the Mee-Seva portal. 
• The Tahsildar must provide the Form-III local status certificate based on submitted documents.

AP LAWCET 2024 Seat Allotment and Counselling Updates

Some important updates on the AP LAWCET 2024 seat allotment and AP LAWCET 2024 counselling are presented below- 

• Those candidates who have passed the AP LAWCET 2024 examination and have required AP LAWCET 2024 cutoff marks are eligible for the AP LAWCET 2024 counselling.
• Applicants with a minimum of 35% (42 out of 120) marks are eligible to participate in AP LAWCET 2024 Counselling.
• Only those candidates who are shortlisted for counselling will be sent invitations via SMS or email to attend the counselling round. 
• The exam authority will publish the AP LAWCET 2024 rank list on the official website.
• The counselling rounds will be held online and the eligible candidates need to get themselves registered and verify their documents.
