The DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma Merit List 2025 provisional will be published on September 12, 2025. Students whose names are featured on the state merit list will be eligible to participate in the further rounds of selection. The merit list will be released by the DTE in two stages- provisional and final. The final merit list will be released on September 17, 2025.

Students will be able to raise claims or doubts against the provisional merit list within the specified dates. The window to submit grievances will be available for two days only. This will be followed by the release of the final merit list 2025 PDF. Both the merit lists will be released based on the marks secured in the entrance exam by the students.

The provisional DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Merit List 2025 PDF will be released to announce the names of the selected students. Based on the details mentioned on it, students can raise their doubts about the list on the candidate portal. The provisional list will be available online on September 12, 2025. If there are no objections raised by the students, this provisional list will be considered the final merit list.

Grievances for DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Merit List 2025

Before the final ranks for the Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma 2025 are published, the DTE offers a provision to submit grievances against the draft merit list. During this process, students will be able to raise their doubts and claim for changes to be made in the draft merit list. Once the final ranks are out, there will be no provision to make any changes to the final list and rankings. Students can raise their objections in two ways. The steps to raise doubts based on the provisional merit list are mentioned below:

1. E-Scrutiny or Online Mode:

• Students who want to raise doubts against the provisional merit list will have to visit the login portal and access it.
• They can click on the direct link to the grievances window.
• Now, students will have to enter their corrections in regards to the draft merit list.
• It is mandatory to submit the related documents for proof to support your claims for correction.
• Without the documents, the student’s claims are likely to be dismissed by the authorities.
• Finally, all information must be submitted within the deadline and before the last date.
• The status of the grievances will be out on the official website after the objection window closes.

2. Physical Scrutiny or Offline Mode:

• Students who wish to raise their grievances through the offline mode will have to visit their respective FC.
• The FC should be the same place where the student has previously completed their registration process.
• They will be required to fill up a physical application form suggesting the corrections against the provisional merit list.
• Now, a list of documents is required to be submitted that supports the claims of the students.
• Students must submit their application within the specified date and time only.
• The respective FC will issue an acknowledgement receipt to notify the student of their grievance status.

DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Final Ranks 2025

The final ranks of DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma 2025 will be out after the objection window is closed. If the corrections submitted by the students are deemed valid, they will be released in the final merit list. The merit list will feature the category-wise list of students who have passed the entrance exam. Once the final merit list is out, there will not be any option to make changes to it. The rankings mentioned on the final merit list will be determined by the admission authority to complete the process for all the qualified students.
