Telangana ITI Admission 2024: Directorate of Employment and Training Government of Telangana will release the Telangana ITI 2024 admission official notification in May, 2024. The Directorate of Employment and Training administers the state-level admission process. The Directorate of Employment & Training, Government of Telangana is responsible for conducting the ITI admission in the state every year. The admission process is commonly known as Telangana ITI Admission through which the candidates are shortlisted for admission to ITI courses. How to Apply for Telangana ITI Admission 2024?

The candidates can follow the instructions as explained in the below section to fill the Telangana ITI 2024 application form:

Step 1: Registration for Telangana ITI admission 2024

  1. Visit the official website.

  2. Click on “Students Login”.

  3. Click on “New Applicant”

  4. Enter your email address and contact number and click on Submit.

  5. The registered mobile number will be the login ID for Telangana ITI admission 2024 and the password will be sent to the candidates through SMS or an email.

Step 2: Filling of Online Telangana ITI Admission 2024 Application

  1. Login to the Portal.

  2. Click on “Apply” for Telangana ITI admission 2024

  3. Choose one of the options from the drop-down menu for the Qualification entry (10th pass/ 10th fail/ 8th pass)

  4. Select the name of the board, month & year of passing from the drop-down menu

  5. Enter your hall ticket number for the qualifying exam. Note that the hall ticket number will be used to auto-fill all the details of the candidates such as all subjects marks/ grade points, name, father Name, mother Name, gender and date of birth, etc.

  6. If the details are not automatically filled in after entering the hall ticket number, fill in the details manually

  7. Upload all the documents in the prescribed format

  8. Enter your Aadhar number and other details in the form

  9. Select the reservation details from dropdowns

  10. After filling the entire form, click on “View & Save”

  11. It is advisable for the candidates to download & save the Telangana ITI admission 2024 application form to make sure all the details filled in the form are correct. If you want to edit any part of the form, use the “Edit” option

Step 3: Uploading Documents

The candidates will have to upload the following documents for Telangana ITI admission 2024 application in the mentioned format:

SSC Memo Marks

Memo marks for the qualifying exam. The candidates who are appearing for the final exam in 2024 can submit the short memo.

Caste Certificate

Received from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers, not below the rank of Tahsildar in respect of BC, SC, and ST candidates.

Bonafide Certificate

(Certificate of study) for the entire period of education from Class IV to X (in single jpg/jpeg format file) to determine Local or Non-Local.

Residence Certificate

For the candidates who appeared for the qualifying examination privately 7 years immediately preceding the date of commencement of relevant qualifying examination he/ she first appeared, is to be issued by an officer, not below the rank of TAHSILDAR.

Physically Handicapped Certificate

Must be issued by the State/District Medical Board in case of the Physically handicapped candidate.

Parent’s Discharge Certificate/ Ex-Serviceman Certificate

In the case of Ex-Servicemen and Service Certificate in case of serving personnel from the competent authority.

Death Certificate

Of parent/s issued by the appropriate authority in case of orphan/ semi orphan candidates. 

Step 4: Exercising Options for ITI & Trade

After the application form is successfully submitted, the candidates will have to exercise their options for preferable ITI & Trades. The seat allotment will be strictly done on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying exam and the choices filled by the candidates.

  1. On the official website, click on the “Seats Open”

  2. It is advisable for the candidates to practice the choice filling on a manual page before filling on the website. Enter your choice of ITI & Trade in the order of preference (preference 1 should be given to the first preferred trade & ITI).

  3. There is no limit on the number of choices to be filled by the candidates. It is advisable for the candidates to enter as many choices as they can to avoid the disappointment of not getting a seat.

  4. You need to freeze the choices before the last date of options filling. In case you don’t freeze the option, it will be automatically frozen on the final date.

Step 5: Document Verification

The candidates need not visit the Document Verification Center to get their documents verified for Telangana ITI admission 2024. The document verification will be done online by the Departmental Verification Officers, on the basis of the documents uploaded by the candidate. If any candidate fails to upload the required documents, the authorities will have the power to qualify/ disqualify the application of that candidate. Only after the verification of documents, the candidates will be provided admission to the filled trades. After verification of documents, the candidates will receive the status of the application to their registered mobile.

Rejection of Telangana ITI Admission 2024 Application Form

The Telangana ITI 2024 application form of candidates can be rejected in case of the following reasons:

  • The candidate submits an incomplete application.

  • The candidate fills in false or incorrect information.

  • The candidate does not fulfil the eligibility requirements.

  • The candidate fails to upload the required documents.

  • The candidate does not exercise online options.

Eligibility Criteria for Telangana ITI Admission 2024

The applicants who wish to get admission through Telangana ITI admission 2024 will have to fulfil the given eligibility criteria:

  • The candidate must have passed the SSC level examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana, or any other equivalent board.

  • The candidates who have passed 8th are also eligible for Telangana ITI admission 2024 to certain trades.

  • The candidates must be of minimum of 14 years of age as of 01/08/2024. There is no upper age limit to apply.

  • The candidate must be an Indian national.

Telangana ITI Admission Seat Reservation 2024

As prescribed by the Government of Telangana, a certain category of applicants for Telangana ITI Admission 2024 will be considered under the reservation category. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit cum reservation.

Telangana ITI Seat Allotment/ Counselling 2024

The seat allotment/ counselling for Telangana ITI Admission 2024 will go through the following steps:

  • The candidates will be intimated about the provisional seat allotment through their registered mobile number or email address. No separate seat allotment letter will be sent to any candidate in any case.

  • The candidates will have to visit the official website and download the seat allotment letter through candidate login.

  • The allotment of the seats will be done on the basis of merit obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination, reservation, and the online choices filled.

  • After the seats are allotted, the candidates will have to report to the allotted institute along with the seat allotment letter and other original documents.

  • The candidates will have to pay the tuition fee to complete their Telangana ITI admission 2024.

  • In case the seats remain vacant after the seat allotment, there will be a sliding process in allocating such vacant seats based on the fresh options exercised online.
