Dear student,

Nothing is free in this world, and an ITI course is not exception. There are various ITI courses where you can get admission basis your Class 10th or Class 12th marks. Since you have not mentioned your latest qualification, I will give a generalised answer.

  • Engineering trades have the best opportuinities. Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Wireman, Draughtsman (Civil) etc - if you opt for any of these, you have very high chances of getting a state-sponsored scholarship.
  • Best options in the non-engineering trade includes: Basic Cosmetology, Secretarial Practice, Food Production etc.

Some of the top Scholarships for ITI courses include:

  • Fee Reimbursement Schemes (for ITI courses): Offers financial aid up to ₹20,000 for two-year courses and ₹10,000 for one-year courses
  • Private Institute merit Scholarships: Some institutes offer scholarships for meritorious students, athletes, and single daughters
  • SC/ST/OBC Scholarships Sponsored by State: some states like Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, haryana etc. offer stipends to students ranging between ₹100 to ₹250 per month, plus fee reimbursements for SC, ST, and OBC students
  • Unnati 2 - Towards a Better Future Scholarship: A CSR initiative by CNH Industrial (India) Private Limited for ITI/Diploma students in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida, offering ₹18,000 per year for two years
