UoH M.A. Admission 2020 - The official entrance exam date for UoH M.A. course has been released, and the exam will take place from September 24 to 26, 2020. The University of Hyderabad is situated in the state of Telangana and is popular for its Postgraduate, 5-Year Integrated Master’s Degree Courses, and Research Studies in the field of Management Studies, Communication, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Social Science, Humanities and Sciences. University of Hyderabad M.A Admissions 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission into the M.A programmes offered at the University of Hyderabad should have obtained a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects to be considered eligible. However, there are certain specific eligibility conditions for specific M.A courses at the UoH.  The eligibility criteria for M.A admissions at the University of Hyderabad has been provided below in tabular form -

To apply for admission into the Master of Arts (M.A) programmes offered at the University of Hyderabad, the interested candidates have to either click on the direct application form link provided here in this page – (direct link) or visit the official website of UoH, i.e – https://www.uohyd.ac.in/. The interested candidates have to register themselves first for M.A admission at the University of Hyderabad using a valid email address and contact number. A candidate can apply for as many M.A courses of UoH as they like but for each programme, they have to apply through a separate application form. Upon filling up the online application form for the University of Hyderabad M.A admissions, the candidates have to deposit the UoH MA application form fee. Those candidates who successfully register themselves for the University of Hyderabad M.A admissions will be issued the UoH M.A entrance exam hall tickets. How Can Foreign Students Apply for M.A Admissions at University of Hyderabad 2020

The University of Hyderabad also allows foreign students to apply for the Master of Arts (MA) admissions. Any candidate who holds a foreign country passport (PIO, OCI etc also) are eligible to apply for M.A admissions at University of Hyderabad under the foreign nationals category. According to the UGC guidelines, 15% of the total intake in each M.A programme of UoH is reserved for foreign nationals. NRIs with Indian Passports do not fall under the foreign nationals category. University of Hyderabad M.A Admissions 2020 – Selection Process

Selection into the M.A programmes of the University of Hyderabad is done on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the UoH M.A admission entrance test. Those candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their UoH MA admission entrance test scores are invited for a personal interview round. The interview round is conducted under the supervision of the Admission Committee of the University of Hyderabad. No merit list or cut off list is prepared by the UoH admission committee for the purpose of shortlisting eligible candidates for the interview round. Based on the availability of seats in the M.A programmes, the admission committee approves the ratio of candidates to be called up for the interview rounds.
