What is the seat intake for AIIMS Delhi

AIIMS Delhi is a premier medical institution in India and a dream college for many aspiring doctors. But owing to the intense competition in entrance exams like NEET, INI CET etc. and limited number of seats in various programs, very few are actually able to secure admission here. If you are willing to apply to this institution, you should have an idea of the seat intake for AIIMS Delhi. As of last year i.e. 2025, a total of 132 seats were available for the MBBS degree at AIIMS Delhi. For the PG degree, 134 seats were offered. In the upcoming session also, the total number of seats are expected to remain somewhat around 140-150, depending on new addition of courses/ seats, if any. AIIMS Delhi MBBS Seat Intake

The number of seats offered for the MBBS program are 132. The Indian national students have 125 seats and Foreign national students have 7 seats reserved. MBBS Seats Offered to Indian Nationals

The MBBS course at AIIMS is of 5.5 years duration, which includes a 1-year compulsory internship. Here is a look at AIIMS Delhi seat matrix for the MBBS program:

AIIMS Delhi Seat Intake for Postgraduate (MD/MS)

Various postgraduate medical courses like MD, MS, MDS, and DM/MCh (6-year courses) are offered by AIIMS Delhi.
