Who is Eligible for TS ICET 2024 Final Phase Counselling?
The following candidates are eligible to participate in TS ICET 2024 final phase counselling:
Candidates who have a seat reserved but aren't keen to join.
Candidates who have had their certificates verified but have not yet been offered a seat.
Candidates who have got their certificates validated but haven't yet exercised their options.
Candidates who have a seat reserved and self-reported, but are seeking a more favorable option.
Candidates in the NCC and Sports categories whose certificates were submitted and validated during the First Phase of counselling are required to exercise options in the Final Phase to have their applications for NCC and Sports category seats taken into consideration.

In order to avoid disappointment over not being granted a seat, candidates and parents are recommended to exercise as many options as they can. Because of this, they must exercise the options with greater attention to choose the college and course that best suit the preferences of the candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for TS ICET 2024 Final Phase Counselling
The qualifying requirements to be fulfilled for admission based on TS ICET 2024 are listed below.
Eligibility Rule 1 | In order to participate in TS ICET counselling 2024, qualifying the TS ICET 2024 exam with a minimum score of 50% (for general category) and 45% (for reserved category) is the main criterion. |

Eligibility Rule 2 | Minority students (Muslim/Christian) shall only be considered for admission to the participating colleges, and only for the seats available in minority colleges, if they are unable to pass the TS ICET 2024 or have received 50% marks (OC candidates) and 45% (other category candidates). Only after all qualified Minority candidates for TSICET-2024 have been considered can they avail of the leftover seats. However, the Fee Reimbursement Scheme does not apply to these candidates. |
Eligibility Rule 3 | It is mandatory for the candidate to be a citizen of India. |
Eligibility Rule 4 | The candidate must be a resident of the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh State as specified by G.O.(P).No. 646, Education (w) Dept., dated 10-07-1979 and the amendments made afterwards. |
Eligibility Rule 5 | Candidates must meet an age requirement, which is, for obtaining a scholarship, OC candidates cannot be older than 30 years as of July 1, 2023. The maximum age limit for other candidates is 34 years. |
Eligibility Rule 6 | For MBA aspirants: Should have completed a bachelor's degree with a minimum duration of three years, excluding oriental languages. For candidates seeking admission to MCA: Must have earned a BCA, B.Sc., B.Com., or B.A. degree with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or bachelor’s degree level. |
Eligibility Rule 7 | According to UGC Regulations from 2013, the qualifying degree earned through a Distance Learning Programme or Open Distance Learning (ODL) should be recognized by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB. |
Eligibility Rule 8 | Candidates must furnish an equivalency certificate issued from Osmania University concerning degrees from other state universities. |
Eligibility Rule 9 | If a candidate does not meet the prerequisites for admissions, even after taking the TS ICET 2024 and obtaining a rank, they will automatically not be considered for admission. |

Important Instructions Regarding TS ICET 2024 Final Phase Counselling
Given below are some of the important instructions regarding TS ICET 2024 final phase counselling:
Prior to participating in the TS ICET 2024 counselling rounds, candidates must get the TS ICET allotment letter from the official TSCHE website using their login information. Candidates must reserve a slot for each counsellling phase by paying the processing fee. After conducting the web counselling, the authorities release provisional allotment letters for each slot. Once the TS ICET counselling rounds are concluded, candidates who are shortlisted for MBA admissions and have paid the tuition fee must report to the assigned college within a specified period.
First Phase options will not be taken into consideration for seat allotment, and Candidates must exercise their options once again.
Candidates who are content with their prior allotment, have paid their tuition fee online, and have self-reported through a website are not required to exercise their options once again. However, students must appear at the designated college on the mentioned dates, to keep their allotted seats.
Candidates should be aware that if they exercise their options now and a seat is allocated under those options, the vacant seat will be given to the following deserving applicant, and they will not be entitled to the previous allotment.
The candidate must exercise as many options as possible to prevent disappointment at being denied a seat.
If the candidate opts for cancellation of admission, the tuition fee will be forfeited.
If the qualified applicants have not already attended and exercised their options, they may do so in the final round of the TS ICET 2024 counselling process. Candidates must exercise options for interested colleges only after confirming that vacancies are available in the course of their preference. For any seats that are currently available as well as any subsequent vacancies that may occur during the process of allotment under the previously mentioned schedule, candidates who took part in First Phase Counseling may exercise options by logging in with their old password and Login ID.
