BHU PET (MSc Agriculture) 2020 Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply for BHU PET 2020 for admission to MSc Agriculture, the candidates will have to fulfil the given below eligibility criteria:

  • The candidate must have pursued BSc/ BSc (Hons) in 10 + 2 + 3 pattern from a recognised institute.

  • The candidate must have studied Agriculture as the main subject in the Bachelor’s degree.

  • The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam with all the subjects put together.

BHU PET (MSc Agriculture) 2020 Exam Pattern

In order to qualify BHU PET 2020 for admission to MSc Agriculture, it is very important that the aspirants are well aware of the BHU PET 2020 exam pattern. This will not only help the candidates learn about the types of questions asked in the exam but will also help them to prepare accordingly.

How to Check BHU PET 2020 Result?

  1. Visit the official website.

  2. On the homepage, click on “Result PET 2020” link.

  3. Enter your roll number and date of birth.

  4. The BHU PET 2020 result will be displayed on the screen. Download and store the result for further reference.

BHU PET (MSc Agriculture) 2020 Cutoff

BHU will release the merit list for MSc Agriculture after the exam. The cutoff list will include the minimum marks which the candidate must acquire in order to get eligible for admission to the programme. The candidates can check the BHU PET 2020 cutoff marks by visiting the official website.

BHU PET (MSc Agriculture) 2020 Merit List

After the result and cutoff are declared, BHU will release the merit list for MSc Agriculture course separately. The candidates who have qualified in the test will have their names listed in the merit list. The candidates who have their name in the merit list will be eligible for the counselling process. The candidates can check the BHU PET 2020 MSc Agriculture merit list from the official website once it is released.

BHU PET (MSc Agriculture) 2020 Counselling

The candidates who have qualified the BHU PET 2020 entrance exam will be further called for the counselling process. The counselling for admission to MSc Agriculture programme will be done by the Department of Science, BHU. The following process will be followed for BHU PET (MSc Agriculture) 2020 Counselling:

Step 1: The qualifying candidates will have to download the counselling call letter through the candidate segment on BHU candidate portal.

Step 2: The candidates will have to log in to the BHU PET entrance exam portal where they will have to fill the online preference entry form. The candidates will have to choose the course as MSc Agriculture, type of seat and counselling location preference in the form.

Step 3: The candidates will have to report at the respective counselling centre at the prescribed schedule where they will have to sign the online preference entry form. No changes in the form will be entertained after the signature.

Step 4: After the counselling process, the candidates will have to receive the provisional admission letter. The BHU PET provisional admission letter will consist of details such as allotted course, admission fee and the last date to pay the fee.

Step 5: The candidates can pay the admission fee via credit/ debit/ online baking through the BHU PET exam portal to secure their seats for admission.
