Important Documents for Bihar NEET Counselling

With the commencement of the Bihar MBBS counselling process for 2022-23 admissions, there is a flood of relevant information all over the internet. Candidates may sometimes skip important or minute details in this influx of information. One such crucial detail could be important documents for Bihar NEET 2022 counselling/ MBBS Admission. The counselling registration and choice filling process for NEET UG 2022 will soon begin in the state.

To confirm admissions at the allotted medical colleges in Bihar through seat allotment, candidates must carefully complete the document verification process. As per the admission conducting authority - BCECEB (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board), there is a set of documents that candidates must produce at the time of the verification process. Failing to do so may cause a hindrance in candidates’ route to the desired seat. Important Documents for Bihar NEET 2022-23 Counselling/ Verification Process

Interested candidates may go through the list below and make a point to compile them all in a file prior to the document verification process. Doing so in advance will rid candidates of the last minute hassle or any untimely inconvenience. 

Documents from Class X:

  • Marks Sheet
  • Admit Card of Matrix or equivalent examination
  • Passing Certificate

Documents from Class XII:

  • Marks Sheet
  • Admit Card of Intermediate Sc. or equivalent examination
  • Passing Certificate

NEET-related Documents:

  • UGMAC (NEET) 2021 Rank Card
  • NEET-UG 2022 Original Admit Card
  • A hard copy or printout of the Choice Slip (produced during choice filling)
  • A printout of the Provisional Allotment Order (three copies)
  • A printout of the UGMAC (NEET) 2021 online Application Form (Part-A and Part-B)
  • Two copies of the Check Slip along with one copy of the downloaded Biometric Identification Report Form 

Identification/ Residence/ Category-related Documents:

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable) as issued by Concerned Revenue Officier/ C.O.
  • Certificate for Residence of Bihar/ Domicile Certificate of permanent residence as issued by Concerned Revenue Officer/ C.O.
  • A copy of the candidate’s Aadhar Card
  • Any other required documents like EWS Certificate/ DQ (PH), etc.
  • Six copies of candidates’ passport size photograph, which was pasted on the NEET 2022 Admit Card

NOTE: If after completing document verification, candidates express their desire for seat upgradation in the next round of the counselling process then they will have to provide their original certificates along with the verification slip at the nodal centres. If candidates fail to do so, the seats allotted to them will be marked vacant.
