AADHAR Card as address proof

Migration Certificate | This is required for students who are participating in state counselling but are from outside of that particular state. |
Family Income Proof | Required by SC/ ST/ OBC candidates* |
Recent Photograph | All the photographs must be identical, recent and must have candidates’ names written on them in capital letters and year on the back. |
Medical Fitness Certificate | Required by all. The certificate must be approved by a Medical Council of India (MCI) registered medical practitioner and must include blood group as well. |
Caste Certificate | Only the candidates who fall under reservation are required to carry their Caste Certificate. Candidates belonging to General category do not require to carry one. |
