Cyber Law Admissions in India for the upcoming session is usually carried out on the basis of merit of the candidate in the qualifying examination or score obtained in different law entrance exams. Given below are the eligibility criteria and selection process for Cyber Law:

Cyber Law Eligibility Criteria

For Diploma Cyber Law Courses

Candidates who want to do a diploma course in Cyber Law should go through the eligibility criteria given below:
  • In order to be eligible for any of the available diploma courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 with the minimum required score from a recognised board.

  • In case candidates are applying for a PG Diploma course in Cyber Law, the minimum eligibility shall be for the candidate to have qualified graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

For Certificate Cyber Law Courses

  • Cyber Law aspirants seeking admission to PG courses in the discipline must have passed the LL.B or equivalent degree from a recognised university with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

For Doctoral Cyber Law Courses

  • Candidates applying for PhD in Cyber Law must have a Master’s degree in law or an equivalent degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a university recognised by UGC.

  • Candidates with a degree in law and Master’s degree with M.Phil in social sciences or humanities from a recognised university with not less than 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade may also apply for the course.
