The Gujarat University 5-year LL.B application process is conducted online and aspirants need to fill up the application form by visiting the online application form. Below given are the step-by-step Gujarat University 5-year LL.B application process which candidates can follow to fill up the registration procedure.

Step 1- Generate the PIN

To generate the PIN, visit the official website and click on “Online Purchase PIN”.

  • Select LL.B 5 (INTG.) and proceed.
  • Enter the name of the candidate, mobile number, e-mail ID and image text correctly.
  • Click on “Pay Now”, to proceed with the online purchase.
  • Fill in all the transaction particulars carefully and select the “Submit to Proceed” option.
  • After the successful payment, an online receipt will be generated.
  • Note down the Serial Number for any further queries related to payment.
  • Students can click on the “Print” option for keeping the online receipt intact.
  • The PIN number will be sent via SMS to the candidate. (It will be an alphanumeric figure with the characters from A to Z and digits from 0 to 9)

Step 2- Register Yourself

Visit the official website of Gujarat University and select LL.B 5 (INTG.)

  • On the extreme left of the display screen, click on the “New Registration” tab.
  • A list of documents required for filling out the application form is mentioned. Keep the certificates or documents handy before proceeding with the application process.
  • Click on the “Next” tab.
  • Enter details related to the class 12th examination such as board, passing state, seat number, passing month/year, stream and number of attempts.
  • Click on “Submit”.
  • A new window will appear on the screen.
  • Fill in all the details including the PIN Number and personal credentials carefully and correctly.
  • Before submitting the form, verify all the details again as the entered information cannot be altered later.
  • Note down the registration number mentioned on the top of the login form.
  • Click on “Submit & Next”.

Step 3- User Login

  • After the successful registration, re-visit the application link prevailing on the official website.
  • Click on “Log in”.
  • Enter the Registration Number, Serial Number, PIN Number and Text shown in the image.
  • Click on “Log in”.
  • A new window will appear instructing you to keep the necessary documents ready.
  • Go through the information and select “Next”.

Step 4- Fill out the Application Form

  • After registering successfully, an admission form will appear on the screen.
  • Enter all the personal and academic information correctly. Due to the spread of COVID-19, the document verification process is not taking place on the campus this year, i.e. 2023. If any detail is found incorrect in future, the university has the right to disqualify the applicant then and there.
  • Upload the scanned copy of a recent passport-size photograph in jpg format with an image size between 10KB to 50KB.
  • The scanned copy of the signature needs to be uploaded too in jpg format. The image size must be between 5KB to 30KB.
  • The next step is to select the preferred college. The candidates must mention a minimum of 3 preferences of colleges.

Step 5- Submit the Form

  • Click on the “Preview” button to cross-check all the details mentioned once again.
  • If some information needs to be edited, you can click on “Logout”.
  • However, if all details are correct, select “submit”.
  • Once the form has been submitted, no details can be edited.
  • Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

  • Aspirants need to clear their Class 12th or its equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate mark of 45% or its equivalent grade.
  • The law candidates should have completed their SSC or HSC examination either from the Gujarat Board or the Central Board of Secondary Education or any other board authorised and recognised by the competent authority.
  • Aspirants falling under the reserved category are offered an exemption from the aggregate score. Students belonging to SC/ ST category are given a 5% reservation and those belonging to SEBC are offered a 3% relaxation. This actually means that an SC/ST aspirant can apply with a minimum aggregate marks of 40% and an SEBC candidate can apply for the Gujarat University 5-year LL.B course with at least 42% marks or its equivalent grade.

The selection criteria for both integrated LL.B and LL.B UG are the same. The selection to integrated LL.B programmes is based on the marks obtained in class 12. There is no separate entrance examination held for selection to the course.
