Gujarat University B.Com Eligibility Criteria 2024
The students taking admission to the B.Com program at Gujarat University must have at least completed their 10+2. Candidates who wish to be admitted into the B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) course in Gujarat can check out the minimum eligibility criteria for admission below:
- Students who have passed their last qualifying examination from Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board, the Central Board of Secondary Education, the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi, International Baccalaureate, National Institute of Open Schooling or those passed from any state other than Gujarat are eligible to apply for admission.
- A candidate who has passed the qualifying exam after appearing in the supplementary exam executed by the Board shall be eligible for admission in the current academic year on seats that are declared vacant.
- Those who have passed the qualifying exam from boards other than Gujarat Board or CBSE schools of Gujarat State might have to submit the Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from Gujarat University before admission.
- To apply for Gujarat University B.Com 2024, candidates should have passed English and Accountancy in their Class 12.
- A minimum of 45% aggregate marks is required to take part in the B.Com admission process at Gujarat University.
- Candidates who have not studied Accountancy as a subject in Class 12th and but have been admitted to the Gujarat University B.Com course, need to submit an assignment of Accountancy subject before completion of the First Semester by paying INR 500 as additional fees at Gujarat University Admission Committee (GUAC). The assignment has to be submitted to the School of Commerce, Gujarat University.
- Those candidates who belong to the reserved category will get a 5% relaxation and should have scored a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.
- To become eligible for Gujarat University B.Com admission 2024, applicants must be at least 17 years of age and a maximum of 25 years of age.

Gujarat University B.Com Application Process 2024
To be admitted to the B.Com course in Gujarat, candidates will first have to register themselves online. The step-by-step process for the Gujarat University B.Com application process is as follows:
Step 1 - Online Registration
First, visit the official website then click on the "Registration" button and fill up the registration form. In the registration process, the applicant needs to provide their personal information such as name, contact details, date of birth, etc. After the completion of the registration process, the applicants will receive an SMS on the registered phone number containing the application number and password.
Step 2 - Fill up the application form
Applicants must use the Registration credentials to fill up the B.Com application form of Gujarat University. While filling up the application form the candidates need to enter all the details asked.
Step 3 - Upload Photo and Signature
In this stage, applicants must upload their recent coloured photograph and signature in the format and size described below-
