ICSI CS June 2023 Exam: Application Process
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will close the registration for the CS Executive and Professional courses for the June 2023 session (single module) on January 31, 2023. Applicants who complete their registration for the CS Executive programme by January 31, 2023 will be registered under the previous syllabus of 2017 and will be qualified to sit for any one module of the CS Executive exam in June 2023. Likewise, for the CS Professional course, registration end date for a single module is also January 31, 2023 under the old syllabus.Candidates may register for the June 2023 session (both modules) until November 30, 2022, according to the ICSI schedule despite the fact that ICSI keeps the registration process for CS Executive and Professional courses open all year around. Candidates must, however, keep in mind the registration cutoffs. The CS Executive and Professional exam is administered twice a year, in June and December.
CS Executive Application Process 2023
Candidates who meet the officially prescribed eligibility requirements can register for the CS Executive exam by following the steps outlined below:Step 1: Candidates must first visit the official ICSI website.
Then, candidates must click on the link "Online Services" in the menubar of the official website.
Step 2: Select 'Register for CS Course' or 'Registration for CSEET passed students in CS Executive programme'.
Candidates who are registering with ICSI for the first time should click on the link "Register for CS Course," while candidates who are registering after passing the CSEET exam should click on the other option.
Step 3: Go through the information, check all the boxes of documents only if you have softcopies for the same, and afterwards carry on to click "Proceed To Registration". To create a unique ID, first-time users must enter all of their basic information, correspondence, and permanent address.
Step 4: Verify the payment information, then continue to upload the documents.
Candidates will be able to view the CS Executive fee information after providing all the necessary information. Now upload all of the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements.
Step 5: Cross check the application, finish the transaction, and save the transaction ID.
Reviewing the completed application is the penultimate stage in the CS Executive 2023 application process. Candidates can proceed and finish the payment if it has been checked that all the information is accurate. An ID for the transaction will be created following the payment confirmation. Applicants are required to download and save the transaction receipt for their records.
CS Professional Application Process 2023
Candidates should review the ICSI's official eligibility requirements before signing up for the CS Professional exam. At the time of enrollment, candidates must present their CS Executive grade reports or Statements of Marks for both modules as a proof for clearing the CS Executive level successfully. The steps for the CS Professional application process are as follows:Step 1: Candidates must visit ICSI's official website at icsi.edu.
Step 2: Open the menu bar on the main page and select "Online Services" from the list of links.
Step 3: Next, select "Student Portal" and sign in with your ICSI credentials. Enter your login information and password to continue.
Step 4: After logging in, choose Students and then click "My Account."
Step 5: Locate the "Professional Registration" option as indicated in the provided image and complete the application form online.
Step 6: Your account will have your information. Now upload the CS Executive exam pass sheet for both modules.
Step 7: Pay the Rs. 12,000 registration cost for the CS Professional course. Candidates have the option of paying through credit card/ debit card, or net banking.
Step 8: You have now successfully registered for the CS Professional exam. Download the Registration Letter / E-Identity Card by selecting "Others" from the menu for future reference.
ICSI CS June 2023 Exam: Eligibility Criteria
It is imperative for candidates to be aware of all the eligibility criteria set forth by the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI). Without fulfilling all the eligibility requirements, candidates will not be eligible for admission to either the CS Executive or Professional programme. The eligibility criteria for the CS Executive course is as follows:- Candidates must be more than 17 years of age to register for the CS Executive course.
- Applicants must have passed either the ICSI conducted CSEET test or the CS Foundation level.
- Candidates who pass the CSEET exam must receive at least 40% on each paper. For all papers, the overall average score should be 50%. Applicants who meet these requirements are deemed to have "Passed" the ICSI CSEET exam.
- Applicants who choose the direct entry admission option are exempt from taking the CS Foundation or CSEET test. Such candidates must be a graduate or a postgraduate.
- Applicants who have successfully completed ICMAI or ICAI's final level are also eligible to directly register for the CS Executive programme.
CS Professional Eligibility Criteria 2023
Candidates should review the ICSI's official eligibility requirements before signing up for the CS Professional exam. The sole and fundamental requirement for Professional course’s eligibility is successfully passing the CS Executive exams (both modules) with the minimum mark required by ICSI. Currently, students must earn a minimum of 40% in each subject and an aggregate mark of 50% to pass the Executive level exam.
