What is JoSAA Partial Admission Fee?
According to JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling norms, the Partial Admission Fee or PAF is a charge that students must remit to verify their assurance on a reserved seat, mainly in the NIT+ model (NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs), once the final phase of seat allocation is completed. This fee is completely different from the SAF or Seat Acceptance Fee.
Also, the candidates must remit the fee within the desired deadline on the official JoSAA website. Upon surpassing the fee deadline, the PAF might end up canceling the allocated seat. The PAF is the final process to verify their seat confirmation in the NIT+ module.
