B.A. in Political Science is a three-year undergraduate degree programme which teaches the learners about the functioning of the Government and Politics. In this case, a student after completing his/her class XIIth exam can opt for the 5-year B.A LL.B programme in which the student will receive two degrees at the end of the course. In the B.A LL.B programme, the students study an Arts stream subject and along with it, law subjects. Each semester in this dual-degree programme, the students study some arts subjects and law subjects. There are various renowned Universities and institutions that offer B.A. LL.B programme. The aspirants have to appear in an entrance exam such as AP LAWCET, CLAT, LSAT India, TS LAWCET etc to get admission in this programme.

Hello Sakshi,

To secure admission to the B.A LLB programme at Swami Vivekananda Law College, you must have passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks (SC/ ST category candidates - 40%). The programme is 5 years long and divided into 10 semesters. It has an intake of 120 students. The programme is affiliated to CCS University, Meerut and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
