Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for B.B.A. LL.B. admissions state that the candidate has to complete his/ her higher secondary education, or class 12th, from a school that functions under a recognised board of education.

The aggregate marks scored by the aspirant in the board exams of class 12th should be at least 50 per cent. Candidates must have scored passing marks in all the subjects at the 10 + 2 level.

There are no restrictions regarding the stream in which students complete their higher secondary education and students from all disciplines are allowed to apply for BBA LLB. However, there are some colleges that give preference to candidates those who come from the commerce background. Some institutes also require the candidate to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in class 12th.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Com LL.B admissions are completing education up to the higher secondary level. Candidates who have cleared class 12th from a school that is affiliated to any recognised state or central board of education can apply.

The student should have scored a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate in his/ her class 12th board exams. Not only that, he/ she must have also scored passing marks in all the subjects.

In some institutes, preference is given to students who have completed their 10 + 2 in the commerce stream. No stream specific eligibility criteria are set for B.Com LL.B. admissions but there are some colleges which insist that the student should have studied commerce subjects before they begin their undergraduate degree.

The Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya admission process for law courses started in the month of August 2023. The entrance test for the Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya was conducted on August 25, 2023. The Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya has not posted any updates regarding the admission end dates. According to our research, the college has ended the admission process for 2023. You need to wait for the next year's admission test which will be conducted in the month of August 2024 (tentatively).
