Online registration for Madhya Pradesh Integrated MBA admissions began on18th August 2020. Candidates who are interested in admission to the program may fill the application form available on the official website of Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Eligibility Criteria for MP Integrated MBA Admission 2020

The eligibility criteria for Integrated MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh is provided below. 

• Candidates must have passed 12th from Board of Secondary Education Madhya Pradesh Bhopal or any equivalent board

• Minimum percentage required for admission is 45% marks for general category and 40% for SC/ ST/ OBC (excluding Creamy Layer) category

• Candidates should be a permanent resident of India

MP Integrated MBA Counselling Process 2020

Candidates will have to register online on the official website of DTE Madhya Pradesh for the counselling process. They will not have to pay any amount while registering for the counselling process and they will not have to register again for the next phase of counselling. Registration

This is the first phase of counselling. Candidates will have to enter all the important details such as personal information and academic details while filling the registration form. They will also have to attach some of the documents such as 12th mark sheet, Migration Certificate and Domicile Certificate. However, candidates whose details are e-verified using the roll number provided by them will have to upload the documents. They will be issued a “Document Verification Slip” which will be required for further counselling rounds.

Verification

Candidates who have received only the registration slip during the time of counselling will be considered (Eligible or Non-eligible) after verifying the documents. Information regarding the Eligible or Non-eligible status will be sent to the mobile number and email address provided by the candidate. In case the candidate is Non-eligible, he can upload new documents for further verification.

Choice Filling

All the eligible candidates will be able to select a minimum of 1 and maximum of all available institutions as per the priority. Those who have grades in place of percentage will have to upload the mark sheet and grade conversion formula. Candidates who have selected their choices will have to submit INR 1530 (Counselling fee: INR 400, Partial tuition fee: INR 1000 and Portal fee: INR 130) to lock their choices. After that, if the candidates take admission in the allotted institute, the partial tuition fee will be transferred to the selected institution or else will be forfeited.

MP Integrated MBA Admission Seat Allotment Process 2020

• Seats will be allotted according to the candidates’ performance in the qualifying examination. The allotment of seats will be done according to the priority decided by the candidate. 

• Candidates belonging to the reserved category whose name is in the merit list of the unreserved category will be considered for the seat allotment process under reserved category. 

• They will be allotted seats from the unreserved or the reserved category in which they are getting better choice. 

• If the seats remain vacant after the completion of the first round of counselling, the decision regarding the second round of counselling will be taken by the competent authority. The division will depend upon the number of vacant seats and the number of candidates who applied for admission.

• If the seats remain vacant even after the second round, they will be filled as per admission rules-2008.

MP Integrated MBA Admission Process 2020

Once the seat allotment process has been completed, candidates will have to report to the college for document verification round. They will have to carry all the required documents such as Migration Certificate, 12th Certificate, Graduation Certificate, Migration Certificate and Passport size photograph. Besides this, those who have secured grade in place of percentage will have to carry the original mark sheet and grade conversion formula decided by the university while visiting the campus. It should be noted that the original mark sheets and other documents will be returned back to the candidates after the completion of document verification round. At last, the college will provide a slip to the candidate for admission confirmation.

Note:

1. A candidate can get reservation only under one of the various reserved categories. He will have to provide some supporting documents while applying for a reservation. 
2. 3% of the seats are reserved for candidates with a disability percentage of 40 or above and 30% seats in each category will be reserved for female candidates of Madhya Pradesh domicile.
3. One seat will be reserved for J&K migrants and 10 % of the approved intake will be reserved for EWS candidates.
