Instructions to be Followed after Karnataka PGCET Seat Allotment 2023: Karnataka PGCET 2023 seat allotment result for the final round was released on February 23, 2024, in online mode at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The last date to report to the allotted college for the final round is February 29, 2024, by 5:30 pm. Candidates should download the Karnataka PGCET admission order for the final round on February 29, 2024, by 3.30 pm.  After downloading the admission order of Karnataka PGCET 2024, applicants should visit the allotted college with the required paperwork. The Karnataka PGCET final round seat allotment is conducted to fill the remaining seats and surrendered seats for admission to MBA, MCA, and ME/Tech courses. The last date to report to the allotted college for the final round is February 29, 2024 before 5: 30 pm. Candidates should download their admission order for the final round on February 29, 2024, before 3.30 pm. Candidates can get their admission orders after completing a successful payment. Applicants must then report to the colleges with all of the required documentation for verification.

Students must visit the official website and tell the authorities that they have successfully joined the college.

How to Get Karnataka PGCET Counselling 2023 Allotment Order and Pay Fee

Candidates must follow the details given below to get the Karnataka PGCET 2023 allocation order and pay the fees

Here is the list of important instructions for the candidates participating in the admission process after the Karnataka PGCET 2023 round 1 seat allotment process - 

For candidates who are satisfied with the allocated seats

  • Must download the challan from the official site

  • Submit the admission fee

  • Download the admission order from the official KEA website

  • Visit the allocated colleges

  • Report to the KEA officials through their official website regarding joining the allocated college

For candidates who are satisfied with the allocated seats and yet wish to participate in the next seat allocation round

  • Must download the challan from the official site

  • Submit the admission fee

  • Choose a better option compared to the option allocated

  • In case of a better allocation, the previously allocated seat will be cancelled otherwise the previous allocation would prevail

For candidates unsatisfied with the current allotment and wish to participate in the next seat allocation round

  • Must surrender the seat allocated through the official website

  • Enter fresh options for the next seat allotment round

For candidates unsatisfied with the current allotment and wish to withdraw completely from the seat allotment process

  • Must surrender the seat allocated through the official website

  • Apply through the official website for a complete withdrawal from the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment process

GATE qualified candidates (Karnataka/Non-Karnataka students)

For M.Tech, M.Arch and M.E aspirants

Priority 2

Karnataka PGCET qualified candidates

For MCA (Lateral Entry) and M.E/M.Tech aspirants of all categories 

Priority 3

Karnataka PGCET qualified candidates

For M.E, M.Tech, MBA and MCA aspirants of all categories

Karnataka PGCET Seat Allotment 2023

The Karnataka Examination Authority has released the round-wise seat allotment result of Karnataka PGCET 2023 on its official website. Candidates were able to access their seat allotment result from the candidate portal by using their PGCET 2023 application number. The Karnataka Examination Authority published the seat allotment results for round 2 on February 14, 2024, whereas the first round of seat allotment results was released on January 25, 2024.
