Step 1: Registration

Candidates will need to register themselves firstly on the official website of Kerala University, http://admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in. Step 2: Entering Personal Details, Qualifying Examination details, and Options for various Programmes

Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam need to login into the website with the application number and password provided to them. After logging in, candidates will have to enter all their personal details including full name, address, email address, and contact number. Candidates will then have to enter their scores in the qualifying examination. Candidates need to select the program which they want to pursue.

Note: Candidates must note that the dates will be announced online. Candidates who have qualified for the degree from other universities need to enter their scores in the qualifying entrance exam. A stipulated period will be provided to the candidates in case of error.

Step 3: Download the challan, remit the fees and then enter fee remittance details

Candidates need to log in to the candidate's page using the application number and password provided to them. Candidates who don't remind their password must note that the date of birth is the default password. Candidates should then fill out the registration fee remittance details on the page.

Step 4: Uploading photo and signature

Candidates who are filling out the application form will have to upload the scanned photo and signature in the prescribed format.

Step 5: Application Verification

Once the application fee is submitted, candidates can verify the application and edit the details provided by them.

Step 6: Saving an offline copy or taking the printout

All the candidates should take the printout of the Kerala University application form for future reference. The application form slip will appear on the screen once the fee is submitted.

Step 1: Reporting to the campus with the original copy of required documents

The date and time of group discussion and personal interview will be intimated via SMS and e-mail based on the information given at the time of registration.

Step 2: Documents Verification, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview

Documents verification will be done by the head of the department. The head will verify the documents for the correctness of details provided by the candidates during the time of the application process. If the head of the department finds any incorrect information then he has the right to cancel the admission of the candidate. Centers for group discussion and personal interviews cannot be changed after being selected. Candidates must report to the centers on the said date. If any candidate is not present, the next candidate will be called on. The candidature will be canceled immediately. 

Step 3: Final Selection

After completion of the selection process, the final merit list will be declared. The names of the selected candidates for admissions will be displayed.
