LPUPET is compulsory for admission to courses such as B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed, and it evaluates candidates’ physical fitness through activities like running, flexibility exercises, and other performance-based tasks. This ensures that only those with the required strength, endurance, and athletic ability are admitted, maintaining high standards in physical education. On the other hand, LPUTAB assesses sports skills for applicants seeking admission under sports quota or scholarships. It tests abilities in specific sports like athletics, basketball, cricket, and football, helping the university identify and support talented athletes.
