• First, on the login page, you have to click on the tab “Forgot Password”.
• A notification tab will appear, wherein you will be asked to select either of the two, your registered mobile number or registered email address.
• Now, a new page will appear where candidates will have to enter their username and the captcha mentioned in the box below.
• After entering the right captcha code, you will be asked to click on send OTP on the mobile number.
• A notification will appear saying- OTP has been sent to the registered mobile number wherein you have to click on the “OK” tab.
• Now, a new page will appear, wherein three boxes will be provided: Enter OTP, Enter New Password, and Enter Confirm Password. You will have to provide all the details and click on “Submit”.
• After you submit your new password, a dialogue box will appear where the password has been changed will be written.
• Now you can use your new password for login purposes.
