Who is Eligible for AP LAWCET Phase II Counselling?

The AP LAWCET 2023 counselling process will be conducted after the release of the exam results. The counselling round is conducted in 2 rounds, Phase I and Phase II. Students who could not participate in the 1st phase or are not happy with their seat allotment can again appear for AP LAWCET 2023 Phase II counselling. It is always advisable to accept the seat that has been allotted to the candidates in Phase I as following the AP LAWCET cutoff, candidates might not get their preferred college or course in Phase II. 

AP LAWCET 2023 was conducted on May 20, 2023, in online mode. Candidates can expect the AP LAWCET 2023 result to be declared in June 2023. Only after the release of the result, the counselling schedule will be published by APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education). Once the Phase I counselling has been successfully completed, the notification for AP LAWCET Phase II counselling will be released. AP LAWCET 2023 Phase II Counselling Process

The AP LAWCET 2023 counselling will be conducted in 2 phases which include the release of notification, document verification, payment for the counselling round, exercising web options and finally seat allotment. Now, for Phase II counselling, candidates should keep in mind certain criteria that we have already mentioned in the article before. Let’s understand the step-by-step AP LAWCET 2023 counselling process:

Step 1: Release of the Notification

The candidates will be notified about the AP LAWCET 2023 counselling through the press release by APSCHE. The notification will contain all the important details such as the dates, the counselling centres, etc. Through the counselling round, candidates can also find out the documents required, details of the verification of the documents, etc.

Step 2: Document Verification

For document verification, candidates will be allotted centres and only after the verification they will be considered for the counselling round. Candidates who will be seeking CAP / NCC / PH / Sports have to visit Acharya Nagarjuna Centre, Guntur for document verification.

Step 3: Payment of Fee

During the document verification, candidates have to pay the AP LAWCET counselling fee at the help centre. The counselling fee has to be paid before the option entry through the debit card or credit card facility and this fee is non-refundable. 

Step 4: Exercising Web Options

To exercise the web options, candidates will be given a login ID to the candidate’s mobile number at the time of document verification. Students will then have to create a password using their AP LAWCET 2023 registration number, hall ticket number and date of birth. After successfully logging in, candidates have to visit the official website of APSCHE to get an OTP to exercise the web option. Candidates then have to choose their preferred course at any of the AP LAWCET 2023 participating colleges.

Step 5: Seat Allotment 

After conducting the counselling session, the final AP LAWCET 2023 seat allotment process will be conducted. Seat Allotment will be done based on the rank obtained by the candidate, course preference and category. Candidates have to physically visit the allotted college to retain their seats.

Documents Required for AP LAWCET Phase II Document Verification

To appear for the AP LAWCET 2023 Phase II counselling, candidates need to submit some important documents to the counselling centre. The eligible candidates are advised to bring the original as well as two photocopies of each of all the documents required for the AP LAWCET counselling verification purpose. Hello Sakshi,

To secure admission to the B.A LLB programme at Swami Vivekananda Law College, you must have passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks (SC/ ST category candidates - 40%). The programme is 5 years long and divided into 10 semesters. It has an intake of 120 students. The programme is affiliated to CCS University, Meerut and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
