Question: Is there any admission possibility for the non-qualifiers of AP LAWCET?

Answer: Non-qualifiers of AP LAWCET 2020 can get admission in three-year or five-year LLB course. However, the candidates must apply for LLB or B.A. LLB admission through management quota. The fee structure for state quota and management quota is different.

Answer: Students secured LLB/ B.A. LLB admission under management quota are not eligible for fee reimbursement scheme in Andhra Pradesh. These students will have to pay the full fee specified by the respective law college.

Question: What was the reason for the delay in AP LAWCET counselling during last year?

Answer: Bar Council of India (BCI) did not grant approval for some of the law colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Also, there was no clarity on full fee reimbursement for the law students in the state. These were the major reasons for the delay in the 2019 AP LAWCET counselling.
