Applicable to M.Tech, M.Des, MBA, M.Sc, MS by Research, and Ph.D. students.

| Hostel & Mess Charges (Post-joining cancellation) | Hostel fees are refunded after deducting an INR 1,000 processing fee and an INR 3,500 charge for staying up to 30 days. Mess Advance is refunded by the Hostel Manager after deducting charges for actual food consumed. |
Note: Once an official cancellation request is approved, it typically takes 8 to 10 weeks for the refunded amount to be reconciled and credited back to the candidate's original bank account.
