Acharya Bangalore B-School is located in Bangalore and was established in 2008 by Dr B. Vijaypal Reddy, chairman of the institution. It is a private business school affiliated with Bangalore University. ABBS is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), and is accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A’. 

ABBS Bangalore is governed by Samagra Shikshana Samithi Trust, a non-profitable organization in Bengaluru, Karnataka. ABBS delivers education in Commerce, Computer Science, Management, Life Sciences, and Mass Communication. The National Board of Accreditation accredits the MBA division of ABBS.

Merit-Based Scholarship

The scholarship of up to INR 50,000 is awarded to the candidates with a GPA of at least 75% 

President’s and Merit Scholarships at ABBS

• The scholarship of up to INR 1,50,000 is awarded to MBA candidates with scores above 80% in UG, PI with Faculty or Director.
• A scholarship of up to INR 1,00,000 is awarded to UG candidates with scores above 70%.

Defence Scholarships

• The scholarship of up to INR 50,000 is awarded to MBA candidates whose parent(s) are serving in the Indian Defence Forces / Ex-servicemen.
• The scholarship of up to INR 25,000 is awarded to UG candidates whose parent(s) are serving in the Indian Defence Forces / Ex-servicemen.

Economically Backward Scholarships at ABBS

• A scholarship of up to INR 50,000 is awarded to MBA candidates by submitting the latest income certificate. 
• A scholarship of up to INR 25,000 is awarded to UG candidates by submitting the latest income certificate. 

Sports Quota Scholarships

• The scholarship of up to INR 50,000 is awarded to MBA candidates by submitting State/National/International level participation and achievements proofs.
• The scholarship of up to INR 30,000 is awarded to UG candidates by submitting State/National/International level participation and achievements proofs.

Single Girl Child Scholarships at Acharya Bangalore Business School

• A scholarship of up to INR 50,000 is awarded to MBA candidates by submitting ration card certificates.
• A scholarship of up to INR 25,000 is awarded to UG candidates by submitting ration card certificates.

• Admission to the M.Com program is based on scores of BBM and B.Com. 
• Admission to UG courses in ABBS is based on Class 12 results.
• Lateral entry admissions are also available for all undergraduate programs.

The official website of Acharya Bangalore Business School notifies candidates about the admission process. Candidates could be up to date with the status of the application forms by logging in to the admission microsite. Once it is accepted, candidates are invited to participate in the selection process, including a group discussion, entrance test, or personal interview. If the candidate is shortlisted, they are sent an admission letter through email.
