AP EAPCET third phase counselling 2025 has begun on September 9, with web options entry. If you are participating in the counselling process for the first time, then you will have to register as a new candidate to access the web options. However, if you have previously registered for Phase 1 and Phase 2 and are participating to upgrade your seat then you need not register.
