List of Documents Required for FMGE 2025 Application Form

Candidates must upload all the following documents in PDF or JPEG format as per NBE guidelines.

1. Passport Size Photograph

  • Recent coloured photograph

  • White background

  • JPEG format

  • Size: 50–100 KB

  • Should not be older than 6 months

2. Signature

  • Done in black/ blue ink

  • On a plain white sheet

  • JPEG format

  • Size: 10–50 KB

3. Left-Hand Thumb Impression

  • Blue ink preferred

  • JPEG format

  • Size: 10–50 KB

4. Valid Passport

  • First and last page (showing name, nationality, DOB)

  • Must be valid till the exam date

  • PDF format (max 200 KB)

5. MBBS Degree Certificate

  • Provisional certificate is accepted if the degree is not issued

  • Must be issued by the concerned foreign university

  • PDF format (max 200 KB)

6. Marksheet / Transcript of All Years

  • Year-wise or semester-wise academic transcripts

  • PDF format

  • Should clearly display subjects and marks

7. Internship Completion Certificate (If Applicable)

  • Only if internship is required in the concerned country

  • Must include start & end date

  • PDF format

8. Eligibility Certificate (By NMC/ MCI)

Mandatory for candidates who took admission abroad on or after 15 March 2002.

9. Address Proof

  • Driving Licence

10. OCI Card (For Overseas Citizens of India)

  • Front and back side

11. Proof of Date of Birth
