The JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff for IITs for the General category is expected to range between 80 and 90 marks while for the reserved categories, it may range from 40 to 45. The same is anticipated to be announced by the second week of June 2024.

The JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff for IITs is expected to be 86+ marks for the Common Rank List (CRL) and around 77 marks for the OBC-NCL rank list. The JEE Advanced cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks that one needs to score in order to make it to the JEE Advanced rank list. 

Each IIT releases its own JEE Advanced cutoff which also differs for each engineering specialisation. For example, for the IIT Madras CSE programme candidates must aim for a JEE Advanced score of 190+ which will get them a rank between 1-500. Similarly, for IIT Mumbai Mechanical Engineering, a JEE Advanced score of 190-170 is required which will get them a rank between 501-1000. Can I get IIT Bombay with 1000 rank?
