While CLAT 2024 is conducted primarily for admission to the 23 National Law Universities (NLUs), many other law colleges in India accept CLAT for their admission process.

Eligibility Criteria of Courses Offered Through CLAT 2024

To secure admission to the law course of their choice, candidates have to ensure that they meet all the conditions prescribed for that particular programme. In case anyone fails to fulfil all prerequisites, he/ she will not be shortlisted for admission. The table given below provides the course-wise eligibility criteria for all the programmes offered through CLAT.

  • The aspirant must have completed his/ her education up to the 10+2 level or its equivalent.
  • The candidate must get his/ her class 12th degree from a recognised state or central board of education.
  • The candidate must have secured no less than 45% aggregate marks at the 10+2 level (40% for reserved category candidates).
  • Apart from this, the candidate must have scored passing marks in all the subjects of class 12th.
BBA LL.B
B.Com LL.B
B.Sc LL.B
  • The candidate must have completed his/ her education up to the 10+2 level or its equivalent.
  • The applicant must have received his/ her class 12th degree from a recognised board of education (central or state).
  • For B.Sc LL.B, the candidate must have completed class 12th in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology as the main subjects.
  • For B.Tech LL.B, the candidate needs to have done class 12th in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects.
  • The applicant must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level (40% for reserved category candidates).
  • He/ she must have scored passing marks in all the subjects of class 12th.
B.Tech LL.B
LL.M
  • The candidate must have completed his/ her education up to the graduation level.
  • The applicant must have a UG degree in law.
  • The applicant must have received his/ her UG degree from a recognised university or college.
  • The aggregate marks scored by the candidate in the UG degree must not be less than 55% (50% for reserved category candidates).

Note: Students appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree are also allowed to apply. There is NO UPPER AGE LIMIT to apply for CLAT UG or CLAT PG.

How to Apply for Courses Through CLAT 2024

The application process for CLAT 2024 is done online and candidates have to apply from the official website of the CLAT Consortium. Candidates have to make sure that they complete all the application formalities before the deadline expires. In the CLAT 2024 application form, students have to enter their personal and educational details. After uploading scanned copies of their signature and photograph, they have to pay the application fee and submit the form with all the correct details.

The Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya admission process for law courses started in the month of August 2023. The entrance test for the Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya was conducted on August 25, 2023. The Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya has not posted any updates regarding the admission end dates. According to our research, the college has ended the admission process for 2023. You need to wait for the next year's admission test which will be conducted in the month of August 2024 (tentatively).

Dear Ritika, 

Sant Kripal Singh Institute of Law offers one law course at the institute namely LLB. The LLB course is a 3 years regular course. The course curriculum is divided into 6 semesters. The per annum fee of the Bachelor of Law course at the institute is Rs 14,000 annually. If you are willing to get admission to this bachelor's degree programme then you must have secured at least 45 percent marks in class 12 from a recognised board of education.
