​​REAP Application Form 2022- The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) Rajasthan has released the REAP 2022 application form on its official website, ceg.rajasthan.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website to register online for REAP 2022. Before the deadline, applicants seeking admission to B.Tech programmes throughout Rajasthan can complete the REAP 2022 application form in online mode. Only candidates who correctly submit their REAP application form along with the corrected and updated documents by the deadline will be eligible for REAP counselling in 2022. The registration process entails paying the application fee, uploading the required documents, filling out the REAP application form, locking in your college preferences, and submitting the REAP 2022 application form.

Candidates from outside Rajasthan may also apply for admission to REAP. Before registering for REAP 2022, candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria. According to the REAP eligibility requirements established by RTU, candidates who wish to participate in the Rajasthan engineering admission process using their JEE Main score must get a minimum of 45% on their qualifying exam. Documents Required to Complete the REAP Application Form 2022

The following documents has to be available with all candidates to submit while registering for REAP. In their REAP application form, applicants will need to fill in the information from these documents and provide scanned copies of it.

1. Passport Size Photo

Candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of their most recent jpg-format passport-size photograph. The maximum size of the image should be up to 100 KB

2. Signature

Candidates need to upload a scanned copy of their signature in jpg format in the requisite field and the image size has to be Maximum up to 50 KB

3. Class X, XI, and XII mark sheets 

The aspirants have to keep the scanned copies of their class X, XI and XII mark sheets handy to upload while filling the REAP 2022 Application Form and make sure they upload the correct certificates in the required fields.

4. JEE Main 2022 Score Card

A scanned copy of the JEE Main 2022 scorecard's mark sheet (if appeared for the exam) is required in order to fill out the REAP 2022 application form. Candidates are required to upload the same in the relevant field.

5. Domicile Certificate

Candidates have to upload scanned copies of documents pertaining to Rajasthan's domicile and the reservation category.

6. KM Category Certificate

A certificate from the authorities for applicants falling under the KM category needs to be uploaded while filling out the REAP 2022 application form as proof of being a son or daughter of the displaced persons from Jammu & Kashmir. 

How to Fill  REAP 2022 Application Form?

Candidates can fill out the online REAP 2022 application according to the steps given as follows:

Step 1: REAP Application Fee Payment

 Paying the application fee is the first step in completing the REAP 2022 application form. Candidates may use a debit/credit card or net banking to pay the application fee online. Only after the required fee has been paid will the window for REAP application form for 2022 open.

The Rajasthan Government has authorized eMitra and CSC Kiosk centres as additional payment methods that can be utilized to pay the REAP application fees.

Candidates should upload their scanned passport-size photo and signature in the format described below in the following stage.

Step 3: Filling REAP Application Form

Filling out the REAP Application Form. Candidates should also complete all required fields including their name, date of birth, residence, and other pertinent information. You must complete out the following information from the REAP Application Form 2022.

Step 4: Filling in or Locking in College Choices

Candidates are required to fill college and specialise in their preference. They may enter as many options as available to them. Once the choices have been made, candidates need to lock the choices before the deadline for submitting REAP 2022 application forms.

 Step 5: Reap Application Form 2022 Submission

 After double-checking all the information contained in the application form, candidates will finally preview and submit the REAP application form 2022. The application form should be downloaded and printed out in order to move forward with the admissions process.

Correction of REAP 2022 Application Form

Although it is advised that applicants fill out their REAP application forms with the utmost attention, RTU will let applicants to request changes be made to their completed application forms. Candidates have to go to the official website and register on the REAP Application correction window in order to submit requests for this purpose. In order for candidates' requests to be processed, they must also pay the required application fee.

REAP Merit List 2022 

The REAP merit list, which includes the qualified applicants for the counselling process, will be issued by the authorities in online mode. The JEE Main, class 12, and diploma scores will be used to generate the REAP merit list. For the counselling procedure, candidates whose names appear on the REAP merit list will be notified. The hierarchy for admission will first include candidates who pursued class 12 with the science stream and then the candidates with a diploma in engineering and technology. The authorities will be conducting three rounds of REAP counselling for eligible candidates.
