Maharashtra B.Arch Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must be a citizen of India
The applicants must be at least 10+2 qualified (or equivalent qualification) from any recognised Board/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 50% at the qualifying level (45% for reserved category applicants)
The applicants must have mandatorily studied the combination of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects at the qualifying level

Maharashtra B.Arch Admission 2020 Merit List
The MHT CET (Maharashtra) B.Arch Admission 2020 merit list is prepared by the authorities by taking into account the qualifying exam scores and entrance examination scores if the applicants. Equal weightage is given to the applicants’ performance in their respective qualifying examinations and entrance examinations during the preparation of the merit list. Once, the merit list is declared by the officials, the counselling process and seat allocation process is conducted respectively for the purpose of offering admission into the B.Arch programme offered by various Architecture colleges in Maharashtra.
Maharashtra B.Arch Admission 2020 CAP Selection Process
The MHT CET (Maharashtra) B.Arch Admission 2020 selection process includes both the counselling and seat allocation process. The pointers below will explain the detailed selection process.
The shortlisted candidates are asked to register themselves for the counselling process. The counselling process is conducted as per the rank received by the candidates, i.e candidates with a higher rank are allocated seats first in their desired institutions.
Once the candidates successfully register themselves for the counselling process, they are asked to visit the Facilitation Centres (FC) to get their documents verified. The candidates are supposed to produce both original and one copy of all the required documents for verification.
Then the candidates select those institutions from a list of institutions in which they wish to pursue their studies.
The officials then release a provisional merit list on the official website. For each CAP round, the officials release a separate provisional merit list based on the choices filled by the candidates (new choices at the beginning of each CAP round).
The candidates are offered options like Freeze, Slide and Float which have their own importance.
Then, the candidates visit their respective admission reporting centres for verification of their documents and payment of admission fee. After the candidates report at their respective ARCs and get their documents verified, they submit the admission fee to confirm their admissions.
Finally, the candidates visit their allocated institutions to carry out the final steps of the admission process.
