NIFT Patna Recruitment 2024

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna campus or NIFT Patna will recruit nearly 30 candidates to fill the institute’s administrative and technical positions. Those interested in applying for various government group C positions the institute offers must submit their applications through the official website before the March 27, 2024 deadline.

Through this route, interested recruiters or companies have to inform the NIFT Placement management unit beforehand to become a part of the on-campus NIFT placement drive in either online or offline modes. 

The companies have to register for the placement at least one or two months before the scheduled date and after the final approval, they can conduct the placement. 

Pre-Placement Offers 

Recruiters can extend a pre-placement offer before the on-campus placement, it is regarded as a job offer. These job offers come forward from recruiters or companies that have offered internship or workshop conducting opportunities to the candidates. 

Pre-placement offers are based on the student's performance in the due course of the internship, training or projects in the specific company. Moreover, in such cases, companies must inform the NIFT placement cell through the moderated industry mentor feedback form about the PPO offers. So, to give every participating candidate a fair chance, the students who accept the PPO aren’t allowed to further sit for the NIFT placements 2024.

Companies looking to participate in NIFT placements must keep a check on the registration form present on the official website of the institute. They have to register with the company name, logo, website, nature of business, contact details, annual turnover and other details. Recruiters also have to fill out the Job Announcement Form (JAF) online on CMS or they can also upload the scanned filled-out copy of the form. Recruiters who intend to participate in NIFT placements must abide by the eligibility criteria set by the institute. Check out more details below:

• The company needs to be registered under the Companies Act of 1956/2013. 
• Or it can be a multinational company or global firm which may or may not have its operation in India conducting business in fashion or allied sectors dealing in design, distribution or manufacturing.
