Who is Eligible for TS EAMCET Second Phase Counselling 2025: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will conduct the TS EAMCET second phase counselling from July 25, 2025. If you wish to take part in the 2nd round of TS EAMCET counselling, you will have to satisfy certain conditions. Based on the requirement criteria set forth by the authority, you will be able to attend TS EAMCET round 2 counselling if you got a seat in round 1 but didn’t join, if you did not get a seat in round 1 but completed the certificate verification, etc. You will only be able to attend TS EAMCET 2025 counselling if you have qualified the exam. TSCHE has announced the schedule for TS EAMCET 2nd round counselling. Note that you will only be able to take part in TS EAMCET if you qualify the specified eligibility criteria. Find the details about the TS EAMCET 2nd round counselling dates in the table below:-

TS EAMCET 2025 Second Phase Counselling Eligibility Criteria

If you are interested in taking part in the TS EAMCET 2nd round of counselling, then you must satisfy the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:-

Eligibility Rule	Critera
Eligibility Rule 1	Those who secured a seat in TS EAMCET counselling 2025 Round 1 but did not join the institute. Such students are not required to pay the counselling fee again, and certificate verification is not required.
Eligibility Rule 2	Those who failed to secure a seat in TS EAMCET 2025 counselling Round 1 but completed the certificate verification process can participate in the second phase. Such students need not pay the counselling fee again, and document verification is not required
Eligibility Rule 3	Those who paid the processing fee in Round 1 TS EAMCET counselling 2025 and completed the certificate verification process but did not exercise web options can participate in the second phase Such students are not required to pay the processing fee again and complete certificate verification
Eligibility Rule 4	Those who have already secured a seat in TS EAMCET counselling 2025 Round 1 and completed the self-reporting process can also participate in the second phase with the motive to secure a better option. Such students are not required to pay the counselling fee again and undertake certificate verification.
Eligibility Rule 5	Those who did not register or participate in Round 1 can take part in the second phase. Such students are required to pay the counselling processing fee and complete the certificate verification process

Important Instructions Regarding TS EAMCET 2025 Second Phase Counselling

Those who will exercise web options in Round 1 must keep in mind that he/ she must exercise web options in the second phase again.
Web options exercised in Round 1 are invalid for the second phase.
Those who will pay the tuition fee in TS EAMCET 2025 counselling Round 1 but were able to secure a better option in the second phase must keep in mind that he/ she will not have any claim on the seat allocated in Round 1 if the student is accepting the seat allocated in TS EAMCET 2025 counselling Round 2 and paying the tuition fee.
Those who will secure a seat in Round 1 will have the option to cancel the allotted seat until the specified deadline. Such students can take part in Round 2.
Participants of TS EAMCET 2025 second phase counselling are advised to fill as many options as possible to increase their seat allotment chances.
Internal sliding is allowed if a student is seeking a better course option within the allocated institute.

Generally, a minimum of about 60% marks in the diploma is required for most engineering branches. Relaxation in percentage may be available for reserved categories as per university norms.
