Important Instructions for Rajasthan JET Online Option Form 2024: Do's and Don'ts

Rajasthan JET 2024 Online Option Form will be released for UG programmes on July 01, 2024. Agriculture University Jodhpurwill release the JET 2024 online option form. Qualified candidates of the entrance exam will be eligible to fill the JET Agriculture 2024 online option form.   The Rajasthan JET 2024 Counselling Process will commence with the filling of the option form. According to the official schedule, the last date to fill the Rajasthan JET 2024 online option form is July 07, 2024. The first provisional seat allotment list will be published on July 19, 2024. Candidates who took part in the counselling process and filled the online option form can check their seat allotment in the Rajasthan JET 2024 admission list.

Candidates should be aware that there is no offline process or procedure for online option form filling of Rajasthan JET 2024. The Registration Number and Password are required to log in and fill out the online option form. The Agriculture University Jodhpur has also set an application fee that candidates must pay to access the online option form. Those candidates who filled the option entry form will be eligible for seat allocation.

How to Access Rajasthan JET 2024 Online Option Form?

Candidates can follow the steps provided below to open the Rajasthan JET Online Option Form 2024 form:

• Visit the Rajasthan JET 2024 official website.
• To log in, enter your 'Registration Number' and 'Password'.
• Pay the Rs. 5000 processing fee online.
• The online option filling form will now be available, and candidates will be able to select colleges based on their priority number. Candidates will be required to enter/provide a priority number to each college.
• Review all the college options and press the 'Save' button.

Rajasthan JET 2024 Online Option Form Fees

Candidates must pay Rs. 5,000 to access the Rajasthan JET 2024 Online Option Form 2024 form. The application fee can be paid via credit card, debit card, or Internet banking. They should be aware that this processing fee will be added to their college fees and is non-refundable. Candidates who did not pay their remaining college fees should be aware that the application fee paid for option entry will not be refunded.

Important Instructions for Rajasthan JET Online Option Form 2024

The following are the important instructions to remember before and while filling out the Rajasthan JET 2024 online option form:

• Candidates must go through the official JET website for the list of colleges, facilities, fees and previous years' cutoffs.
• Candidates from other states can only select private colleges in the online option form.
• B.Tech Food Technology and B.Tech Dairy Technology are available for only PCM pass-outs of Class 12th.
• All documents required for counselling must be kept in hand by the candidates. It involves qualifying examination marksheets, a category certificate, a defence ward certificate, and other certificates.
• The colleges offer two types of seats for admission: Normal seats (N) and Payment seats (P). It is important to select only the seat type for which you wish to be admitted.
• Candidates looking for admission through the 'On Payment Seat' have to include them in their online option form filling form. If you do not want to use the payment seats, don't include them in your form. 
• The colleges must be chosen in decreasing order of priority, with the top college being considered for allocation first. When a seat has been allocated, the options below it are automatically cancelled.
• All candidates, regardless of reservation category, must pay a fee of Rs 5,000/- (+ convenience charges as applicable) to complete the submission of the option form. If payment is not received by the specified time, the online option form filling form will not be considered for allocation.
• All of the information you entered in the form should be correct. If there is a discrepancy during the document verification (after seat allocation), the allotted seat will be cancelled.
• All documents must be readable and in accordance with the file type and size guidelines specified.
• Candidates can edit the online option form filling form after it has been submitted within the specified date. The form can’t be edited after the editing window is closed and all the details present in the form at that time will be taken into consideration.
• The form's final submission along with confirmation must be carried out manually before the deadline. The form will not be considered after the deadline.

Note: The application fee of Rs. 5000 will be refunded if no seat is allocated in any of the rounds.

Editing Rajasthan JET 2024 Filled Options 

Candidates will be given the opportunity to edit the Rajasthan JET 2024 online option form filling form. They should make the changes in the form within the deadline specified by the exam authority. All candidates have to log in with their 'Registration Number' and 'Password' to make changes to the online option form. After you've made your changes, save them and log out.
