Andhra Pradesh D Pharmacy Entrance Exam 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for DPharm admissions in Andhra Pradesh one must check whether they meet the eligibility or not which is as follows:

• Must have passed intermediate (BI.P.C. or M.P.C.) or 12 years Higher Secondary Education Board Exam of CBSC, ICSE

• Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics as their main subject.

• Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh

• Qualifications obtained from Open Schools of any State /National Open Schools under sub-regulation (5) of Regulation 5 of Education Regulations, 1991 are eligible for admission to DPharm Admissions in Andhra Pradesh

Given below are the documents that are required for the physical document verification process at the Diploma in Pharmacy colleges in AP. Students must report at their allocated college campus or centres along with the original certificates and photocopies of the documents mentioned below.

1. D.PHARMACY-2025 Rank Card issued by SBTET.

2. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo

3. Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate.

4. VI to Inter Study Certificate OR Residence Certificate (Only required if a candidate has no institutionalized education)

5. Residence Certificate

6. Employer Certificate or Rice Card (Only required for candidates whose parents are working for State or Central Government)

a. PH- Candidates with impairment of 40 % and higher are eligible only. The certificate must be issued by the District Medical Board.

b. CAP- Applicants whose parents are domiciled in Andhra Pradesh are only entitled under the “CAP” Category. They need to submit the Certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Board (In the case of ex-servicemen) Identity card and Discharge book.

How to Apply for AP DPharm Admission 2025

To apply for Andhra Pradesh DPharm admission 2025, students will have to visit the official website of DTE- Andhra Pradesh and register for the same in online mode before the D Pharmacy admission date.

Step 1: Registration for AP D Pharmacy Entrance Exam

• Visit the official website of DTE- Andhra Pradesh and register yourself for the D Pharmacy entrance exam.

• Fill in all the details by providing all your basic information such as name, father's name, category, gender, mobile number, email ID, etc

• After the completion of the registration form, you will receive a Reference ID to your Mobile number, and a Link for Activation along with a Transaction ID for Online Payment to your email ID

Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form for Your Preferred D Pharmacy Entrance Exam

• After verifying the email ID you need to again visit the DTE-AP website.

• Then fill AP D Pharma application form by entering all the personal information, past academic records etc. Ensure you do the same before the AP D Pharmacy admission date.

• After completing the application form upload the scanned documents in .jpg or .jpeg format with a size of less than 250 KB.
